My piercer in Spain gave me this antiseptic spray and told me to clean with any soap and water + the chlorhexidine 1% solution 3x everyday on my eyebrow piercing and just soap and water 3x day for my septum piercing, and saline if i wanted for the septum. I have noticed that my eyebrow piercing is really irritable, got it done two days ago but it's stinging the whole time, yet my septum that i use saline with is fine and only hurts if moved a lot... is chlorhexidine apt for a healing piercing? Or should I stick to just using soap&watesaline?

I recently cut out caffeine 8 days ago. I've always been a little sensitive to caffeine but I found my ways to enjoy it every day for years. But recently I feel caffeine caused me random muscle twitching all through my body so I cut it.
But man, I felt I was in the clear...No strong cravings, no headaches, not even really much tiredness. But the last few days, I've been getting hit with random bursts of Anxiety that shuts me down. Along with that, my mouth has been constantly super dry for days- to the point I feel like I'm choking. And just my body feels outbof wack... My previous twitching has died down a lot but the Anxiety has caused other nervous issues. (Gut problems, chest tightness, sleep issues)
This sucks! I know this might sound mild to some of you all, but I totally underestimated it..How long will this last?

2025.01.24 17:50 Worrier_g Just got diagnosed with a microadenoma in the ER. Struggling mentally.
First post here. I just got diagnosed with a microadenoma while visiting the er for blurred vision and dizziness and they put me through the gauntlet of CT scans MRI and a spinal tap. I’m on day two from the spinal tap and still feeling pretty crummy. They also discovered some nodules on my thyroid (not hard so they weren’t concerned about them). They also ruled out I have any vision issues and I have 25/20 vision based on their assessment in the ER.
At the end of the ER visit they just told me to schedule a visit with a neurologist and get another scan in a year and follow up with my PCP for more imaging on my thyroid but I’m terrified this is something that’s been causing me to have crazy anxiety since December despite being on anxiety meds.
I’ve of course been googling everything under the sun and it’s only been making me more panicked that I have Cushings or something even though I’m not exhibiting any symptoms beyond high anxiety that’s probably making me dizzy. I have an extremely regular cycle still and I’ve not experienced any weight gain or had any random lactation.
I’m honestly just looking for some reassurance here that things will be okay while I wait for my follow up appointments with my PCP, Opthemologist, and Neurologist. Any words of reassurance or advice getting through this would be appreciated.

I'm trying to get the certification to sell to schools. The SBA called and said I need NAICS codes and a federal contracting on my SAM entity. I don't think I need to contract with the federal government to sell to schools right? It's asking for total receipts which is zero because this is a new company but it's telling me it's not a valid amount. The text right above it says you'll go to jail for lying so can't say 1 dollar lol.
Trying to get all this sorted out to get added into purchasing cooperatives.
Do I just need to wait until I have revenue or what can I do? Not sure why getting the certification requires all of this.

Okay, me and my mate were going to go to Dundalk for a night to stay and go out. We’re above the border.
Thing is, EVERYONE ive told about it has literally laughed in my face and said ‘why the hell are you going to Dundalk?’. Everyone ive talked to has said it’s not a good place for a night out and it’s dead.
So where down south is a good town for a night out. Maximum an hour or so drive-ish, not too far. Just somewhere that has a bit of life about it on a Saturday night!
Suggestions really appreciated as we’re meant to be going tomorrow night 😅😅
