It is not clear how Microsoft decided not to make VS2017 Build Tool installer an obvious option for you to download, but maintainers on Chocolatey have packed up every recent releases, so you can download and install from there. If I understand you correctly, yes you can, but not under Visual Studio (from what I know). To force the compiler to generate a real, standalone executable (which means you use C# like any other language) you use the program mkbundle (shipped with Mono). Then build the service docker-compose build nginx. This will then use the newly pulled image. Then you can docker-compose up -d nginx. As a matter of fact, you don't need to stop the container at all while doing this. The Build Tools give you a way to install the tools you need on your build machines without the IDE you don’t need. Because these components are the same as the ones installed by the Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 setup, you cannot install the Visual C++ Build Tools on a machine that already has Visual Studio 2015 installed. How do you get msbuild.exe without installing those crazy Visual Studio programs? I need it for an npm install to finish working. I'm on Windows 7 and can't get on older version of Visual Build is a compiled version of a program. Compile means, convert (a program) into a machine-code or lower-level form in which the program can be executed. In Java: Build is a Life cycle contains sequence of named phases. for example: maven it has three build life cycles, the following one is default build life cycle. Would be nice to know that. As far as I can tell, "npm build will do as written by Churro" is not true. Churro said it would do what's specified in package.json for the build command (as defined in the scripts section I suppose). But that's what npm run build does, and npm build does not run the build command specified in package.json scripts ... "The build" can be done "by hand" or it can be automated, or some hybrid of the two. A manual build is a build that requires build commands like compilers to be executed one by one. An automated build packages together all of the individual build tools into a large build program that can be (ideally) run in a single step. You can set the output as a variable by replacing echo %i with set build=%i. Also remember to escape ^ any special characters. Lastly look at HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion for the string that has the required value. You may need to adjust the token count. You can use ENV for environment variables to use during the build and in containers. With this Dockerfile: FROM ubuntu ARG BUILD_TIME=abc ENV RUN_TIME=123 RUN touch /env.txt RUN printenv > /env.txt You can override the build arg as you have done with docker build -t temp --build-arg BUILD_TIME=def .. Then you get what you expect:

Ora io posso capire che effettivamente l'ananas sulla pizza non centri tantissimo, e che praticamente il 99% degli italiani la odia, però mi fa incazzare che la maggior parte della gente dice che fa schifo senza neanche averla assaggiata, insultando quelli a cui piace e dicendo anche che non dovrebbe esistere.
Io la pizza con l'ananas l'ho effettivamente assaggiata e mi sono personalmente ricreduto perchè se fatta bene non fa affatto così schifo, ha un gusto abbastanza particolare che non piacerà sicuramente a tutti (a me i gusti agrodolci non mi garbano neanche tanto quindi non penso che la mangerò di nuovo), però secondo me per dire che qualcosa faccia schifo bisognerebbe prima assaggiare come minimo.
Sono l'unico che la pensa così?
(Tra l'altro la pizza con le pere sopra non se la caga nessuno e non viene mai insultata, chissà come mai...)

I’m a former stay-at-home mom (SAHM) who returned to the workforce a few years ago to help pay for my children’s college education. I’ve managed to save $1,000, and I’d like to use it to open an investment account for each of my two college students (ages 18 and 20)—$500 each.
My main goal is to set them up with a foundation they can build on. My hope is that they will contribute to these accounts themselves during college as they are able and then more consistently once they graduate and start their careers.

I have returned to OSRS to do some pking and it feels like shit to play now.
I have this problem with no other games, only OSRS through the jagex launcher.
Every click I do it seems like it takes a game tic or two to register before my character does anything i.e. to start walking, to start attacking the other player, to update my overhead prayer
Is there a setting to remove this? Or is this just how it is? It really sucks

The only thing I haven't added is staff and players for NPL squads but the experience can still meet your expectations with the challenges that follow in the database. Personally, I tend to get hyper-focused on BL themes. I almost want every costume to reflect the theme accurately 😕 (that’s just me) Out of the 3 listed above, I feel like Saldenah’s theme can be fun if they place their creative thinking caps on. I’m seeing lots of colours, vibrant prints, and details here. Wrath Of Man, hmmm. I want to see something different here, almost futuristic. When I think of Paradise with Revs, I’m thinking of warm colours with an occasional pop of colour.
