lender said based off income we don’t qualify for conventional loan and we need a NON-QM loan $100k income, home $600k 25% down 700credit.
Said Something about buying it as an investor and having it listed as being rented out… that seems sketchy to me… what do you guys think?

I tried searching the Action menu for "re-scan" or VST or something like that, and I don't see it as an option. I'm super lazy, can we make it an action so I don't have to go into the Preferences, scroll down to VST, etc., or is that not possible?

Vespa Gen 3 CT Interceptor, the knife I have wanted for over a year now. Now I feel like I can stop acquiring otfs. So far no misfires, locks up tighter than any other otf I've acquired to date with very little, I mean very little blade play. It's not zero blade play, but I don't think one could reasonably expect any better. In the second pic you see the spine is sharpened, the saw teeth are not, but they are narrowed. The springs do not "sing" like my other Vespa Gen 3, but it is not quite as smooth in the button. That could be a hundreds deployed knife vs a dozens deployed knife. I did not measure with calipers, but the glass breaker appears slightly smaller than the one on my other VG3. The bottom line is that this is a very well made knife.

Hi I (18f) got my implant on the 7th of January 2025 and only had it for a few weeks, the day I got it implanted I was on day 3 of my period and it went away a few days later. But today (24th Jan)I’ve started to get brown discharge and cramping it started with really light pink discharge then got darker is this normal? And I still have bruising from it being implanted and I get random pains and itching from the implant site is this also normal?
Sorry if these questions are dumb I’m just curious.

 | Not sure what is affecting this plant. Leaves have turned brown and fall off when touched. Some leaves have a white powdery substance on them. It’s been very very hot but I think it’s more than heat related. Been watering regularly as needed with the summer heat. It sits on my outdoor patio, in non direct sun in a planter box with plenty of drainage. Some of my other plants have fallen victim to mealy bugs but they are not present on this plant. I'd like to be able to coach at the Academy/ECNL level between U15-U18 with my club. I was hired 1.5 years ago at one of the top elite clubs in the country, I was told there were no Academy/ECNL coaching positions when I was hired but they wanted to go ahead and bring me on the club, so they placed me in a middle tier U11 for the time being and said once a position opens up, I'd be the first to know.
My friend, John who I just met when I started at the club has been coaching here for 5 years. We coach at the same level. 4 out of 5 years he has coached here, he didn't have any license, he just got his D license last year, he didn't play collegiately at any level and has no prior experiencing coaching. He does ref soccer though. A few weeks ago, one of the Academy coaches had to have surgery and would be out for 2 weeks and the director of the Academy/ECNL personally reached out to John and asked if he would step in and coach and attend the games. John has been asked to do things like this on occasion times before.
The director has my number, he will text me occasionally to ask how I'm doing and specifically knows I am trying to coach at the academy level because he is the one who gives coaches the positions. He aways complimented me on my coaching style and work ethic, and gave me so much recognition when he would come on the field and evaluate the coaches. I played D1 soccer, I have my USSF B license and have way more experience than John.
Now, I'm not saying I automatically am a better coach than John because of my accolades, but on our club's website, there's an opening for the Academy Coach position that was just posted today and it states "mandatory" prerequisites you must have in order to coach Academy and I have all of them and John has none of them. John doesn't know I want to coach at the Academy level. We were talking a few weeks back and he said he's getting bored coaching middle tier U11 and he's gonna move up after this season concludes. I asked him how he was going to do that considering (at the time) they don't have any open position and he just shrugged his shoulders like he wasn't worried about it but knew it was gonna happen.
I'm concerned John is going to get the position and I'm not. I feel it would be unfair to even consider John for the position. I don't know if I should say anything, not necessarily about John but about the club not allowing me the same opportunities and just giving them to John. The only reason I know about these many opportunities is because John has been asked to do them. So I guess the opportunities aren't public knowledge and are invitation only.
