So I am currently suing my employer for unpaid wages. It is possible these funds will be recovered by a DOL investigation. Assuming that happens, how is payment to my lawyer handled? Obviously I will pay them for their work, as that's only fair, but what exactly are they entitled to?

In PvP, however, she feels very flawed, in my opinion. Her kit revolves around being injured, but she lacks any debuff or mechanic to make non-Earth units focus on her. On top of that, the current meta doesn’t feature many Earth units, aside from Alencia, who could help her shine. As I mentioned, she struggles in PvP, and I think Smile gate aimed to create a unit that “punishes” (I'm not really sure) injury-based units but missed the mark. What could make her a more reliable and effective unit? I’ve noticed some people strongly oppose the idea of a unit that outright cleanses injuries, and Fenne could have been a more balanced response to broken injury units in defense teams. Imagine if Fenne had a mechanic where she absorbed injuries on behalf of the entire team only in PVP. For example, when Fenne is on your team, she would take all injuries meant for other units. If the idea of completely preventing injuries for the rest of the team feels too strong, an alternative could be that injuries are still applied to other units and transferred to her, but she limits the total amount of injuries from other units. Her S3 and s1 also feel like it could be improved, but I don't know for sure besides a few ideas. One option is to leave it as it is, but another idea could be to add a barrier in her s3 for all allies if injuries are still applied to all units and not only to Fenne, which would help mitigate the damage further. A defense buff might also be a good addition to her s3. She has potential—I’ve seen it with her damage—but she needs significant amounts of injuries to function properly. That’s why I propose transferring all injuries to her. Additionally, Exclusive Equipment (EE) could make her more viable. For instance: After reaching a certain level of injuries, she could convert them into a one-time barrier, improving her survivability, and making sure she doesn't waste that rage buff and punish other units before she loses it when she dies. Alternatively, her S1 with rage could grant her combat readiness, providing more utility in battles and punishing even faster units that could explode and kill her. Since Fenne could be overwhelmed with injuries and be exploded, her revival mechanic could still be beneficial, but I think she is missing something more after reviving. If a barrier mechanic is implemented, it should also take this vulnerability into account since the barrier can also be exploded. Ultimately, all these suggestions aim to make her a proper counter to injury-based units—not just be a quirky, niche character whose damage relies on her injuries. submitted by wanderuson to EpicSeven [link] [comments] |

As everyone here probably knows far too well, the last few days have been chaotic and terrifying, particularly for term/probationary workers and those whose jobs don’t necessarily align with the new admins ideology. While it’s patently clear that most of the directives coming down are actively malicious, they’ve also been incredibly vague to the point of being incredibly difficult to decipher. A lot of us initially assumed it’s a result of gross incompetence amongst the transition team, and maybe a bit of infighting between different factions of the Trump admin resulting in crossed messaging. But I’m starting to wonder if the actual goal of the uncertainty is the fear? If we are terrified that we could be in the cross hairs of a vaguely worded directive we are less likely to make noise when we’re told to do something illegal. Less likely to stand up against administration pressure. More likely to just shut up and fall in line, ethics and laws be damned. What do you guys think? Conditioning, incompetence, or something else all together.

Everything she does is about content!!! 😣 She does not parent 🏕️ for anything! The car videos drive me the most crazy. She gets both kids out of the their car seat and lets him just jump around the front seat getting into everything, pushing all the buttons and not listening, then complains saying it took them 30 minutes to get out of the car. it’s HER fault. just get yourself out of the car, put on the baby carrier, get 🔑 and then 🏕️ and go. Obviously 🏕️ is still very young but he is talking more and refusing and is very capable of understanding. Ken just doesn’t want to hear him scream or cry and is more worried about the content so he gets to do whatever he wants.

Was just watching a replay which (won despite the 6 ff attempts)
My team ? or eyeball pinged me over 100 times in 30 minutes.
I /deafened when after the first barrage of pings and these apes didn't get the memo I cant see their manifestation of baby rage.
There is no way I would have kept my composure if I hadn't done that.
If a play goes wrong, mute all and lock in, your lp will thank you.
Even if you mute all you still get to see all pings in the replay its almost comical give it a try sometimes.

Ik nobody is going to believe me when I say this, but I cannot lose weight easily like everyone else, I have hypothyroidism. Even though I take medicine for my hypothyroidism, I still struggle with losing weight.
Unlike most people, I have to be on a strict diet and workout for about an hour to an hour 1/2 everyday in order for me to stay fit. But now that I don't have a job, I can't even afford a gym membership anymore. I've applied to numerous positions, and I've had two interviews yesterday, but I still can't get a job soon enough. This just sucks. I don't want to be obese anymore. Too bad that my body doesn't lose weight normally like everyone else by just dieting. I always have to go the extra mile to stay in shape, it sucks.

So a little backstory. I first learned to drive in 2019 and passed my test back then with a 90, but because of starting college, COVID, and frankly just forgetting about it, I never got my license. Fast forward to this month, I started taking driving refresher lessons again a few weeks ago. After only 2 lessons, I passed my test today with an 81. But I feel conflicted about it because I've been having trouble making turns properly and slowing down before making turns, and I made mistakes like nearly steering into the curb and not keeping my hands at the 10 and 2 positions on the wheel. I was very nervous and even my instructor could tell I was nervous. He recommended I practice simple things like the neighborhood with my mom (the only person I have to practice with), but I'm still worried about doing those turns wrong by not slowing down or steering correctly. I seem to do great on everything except turns. I've done good turns, but most of the time I just seem to get nervous. My instructor even said "you have good turns in you". Any advice?

Has anyone else experienced a rancidity problem with pellet food lately? I've ordered 3 different types of ZuPreem pellet, 2 from Petco and 1 from Chewy and all were rancid! I also ordered a trial food packet of Vetafarm and it stunk to high heaven with rancid oils. Compare this to the Roudybush which smelled lovely but sadly one of my tiels is not interested in. Just want to know if I'm just having some seriously bad luck or if it's a problem elsewhere.
