Hey everyone,
I’m a beginner putting together my first snowboard setup and wanted to get your feedback on the board choice. I’ve already ordered the board but can still exchange it if needed. Here’s some info about me: • Board: Yes Basic 159W • Boots: DC Phase Pro Boa Step On (Size 47 EU) • Bindings: Burton Step On • Height: 179 cm (5’10”) • Weight: 91–93 kg (200–205 lbs)
I’ve rented gear three times before and always rode a 159 cm board, which felt comfortable. My main concern is potential boot overhang since I’m riding size 47 boots, but I went with the Wide version of the board to address this.
I’ll mostly be riding All-Mountain and want something forgiving and beginner-friendly. Does the Yes Basic 159W seem like a good choice for my size, boots, and riding goals?

2025.01.24 20:40 rao_pawan 2014 Acura RDX transmission issues
Hello,
I have an Acura RDX 2014 base. Recently it has been super cold up here in Connecticut and a few weeks back there was a sudden skip or jerk sensation while the gear switched at low speed. I though this could be due to the weather and waited longer to warm the car up. This seemed to reduce the issue. However, a few days back this happened at high speed (60mph) and later that evening the check engine light went on and it said check transmission but the car was fine at high speed. The next day the same issue persisted regardless of the speed and for some reason the car was running at high RPM (4-5K) at 60mph, so I noticed this happens when the car is suddenly accelerated especially while merging into highways. I took it to an Acura dealership for diagnostics and they replaced the EL636 switch pressure and changed the transmission fluid (MA20) but the issue still didn’t get resolved. And the suggested me to change the transmission.
Did anyone faced or heard or a similar problem? could some please share your opinion as to what I should do to resolve this.

Ela acha injusto comigo pq querendo ou não, esse sentimento está atrapalhando o nosso relacionamento e não sei qual caminho seguir agora, mesmo aturando essa situação como uma dificuldade que devemos enfrentar juntos como um casal para fortalecer os pilares da nossa relação.
