(this is cross-posted but this is probably the more appropriate sub)
I'm not sure how to talk about this eloquently, so please let me know if anything I say or any terminology I use isn't cool, and I'm happy to course correct.
All my life I've lived as a straight woman, with the tiny thought in the back of my head that maybe I was bi. That said, I never explored anything and really was a late bloomer relationship-wise. My first long-term relationship was with my husband, and I got married in my early 20s. I've never been in a relationship with a woman, nor have I so much as kissed one.
I am VERY happy in my marriage. My husband is the best dude in the world, and I would never do anything to hurt him. But I feel uncomfortable broaching this subject with him, or coming out in any sense because despite him very much being an ally, I don't want to say anything that he might misunderstand and that might hurt him. I don't think I'm out to *anyone* with the exception of possibly having told a friend when we were both raging drunk a couple of years ago (so this is something that's been on my mind for a while).
I guess my question is, if anyone else has experienced this: how do you cope? Or maybe more broadly, for those of you who have been in a similar situations, what did you do?
I would like to be out but not at the risk of damaging my marriage. I sort of mourn not being able to explore my attraction but it isn't the end of the world. More, I mourn not being able to be out and participative in the community in more of a substantive way.

Let me start of by saying this.. I completely understand the fact that, I am not dying or it's not the worst thing in the world. I am still able to do a lot of things on my own, which is a blessing. However, writing this post with 250x zoom is not fun. It's not fun when o want to hang out with people and something as simple as reading the menu is a chore.. The point that I want to make is that.. I am loosing all joy in small everyday things.. because every little thing is a struggle. Some days, I am so numb that I don't even feel my existence anymore.. I feel as if I am not inside of my body and I am remotely controlling it. Like a 144p video game, with difficulty on maximum. And the loneliness.. it is like a parasite to me..constantly feeding on me. Not a lot of people in my life know about my condition..in total of 5 people know about it. I haven't even told my my mom. And it also doesn't help that the people who know.. they just don't know how to deal with me..I know they are trying Thier best & trying to cheer me up.. but sometimes I wish I could show them the world through my eyes..& maybe then they will understand. It's not easy. Anyways, if anyone would like to have conversation with me, I would highly appreciate it
