Ismerősi körben már most újságolják másodjára, hogy az önéletrajz mellé TB kiskönyvet, + ügyfélkapus biztosítási jogviszony kimutatást is bekérnek szerződéskötés előtt.
Gondolom a kamus önéletrajzokat már így csekkolják.
Mert optimális esetben a: - rózsaszín TB kiskönyv - ügyfélkapus jogviszony lista - önéletrajz mindhárom kb azonos tartalommal bír.
Földön járva persze az önéletrajz szépítve van, TB kiskönyvben nincsenek pecsételve az iskolai jogviszonyok, de esetleg kamupecsételt aki be nem jelentett, az ügyfélkapusban nem szerepelnek a feketemunkák, de minden más, még tanulói jogviszonyok is igen.
Sikeres interjú után visszahívták, hogy Ő lett a befutó, meg ezek meg azok a papírok kellenek, meg körbevezették az intézményben.
Kábították a leendő munkavállalót, hogy csak a FEOR számokra kíváncsiak mivel jelentették be ezelőtt, meg segítenek hogy biztosan minden stimmeljen a nyugdíjhoz, illetve kell a jövőbeli szabadságok kiszámolásához. "De ha nem tudja hogyan kell letölteni, akkor segítenek is neki a helyi számítógépen."
Nekem pl mindig elveszett a TB kiskönyvem az új munkahely előtt, így az önéletrajzon kívül semmi más papírjuk nem volt az előző munkahelyeim listájáról.
Én leadnám az ügyfélkapus listát, szerkesztve. :-)

I just feel like LABOR isn't worth anything anymore. They don't pay us enough to run our bodies into the ground. What's the point in working for money that has little value? I no longer look at money the same. What they pay workers these days is a fucking joke. I was making $27/hr and it still wasn't enough to pay my bills. I had to get a second job. Now I'm completely burnt out and my boss keeps asking me to come back to work and I've been ignoring her for weeks. I'm just so fed up. I have to start a business because I truly don't see myself EVER going back to a job. I'm having health problems as a result of working so hard and now I just feel like a job isn't worth it anymore.
I don't know what I'm going to do. I have to start a business. There is no other options. I dont know what I'm doing. I don't know how to make it happen. But my need for money is going to fuel my drive to build my first business because I'm never going back to work again.

2025.01.24 23:09 OctothorpAndrew TS4 with quad monitor through DP daisy chaining?
I know this setup sounds weird, but I have my reasons, so stay with me.
Is it possible to have two monitors connected to either the Thunderbolt downstream port or the DisplayPort port on the TS4, and then from those two monitors, use DisplayPort daisy chaining to connect to another two monitors for a total of 4 monitors?
In this particular setup, I want the first pair of monitors to be duplicated with the second pair of monitors, essentially creating two pairs of dual monitors, where pair 1 displays the same thing as pair 2. This would be so I could pivot between a normal sit desk with two monitors and a treadmill desk with two monitors without having to plug/unplug the laptop and purchase a second TS4.
Before you say get a sit/stand desk and a treadmill, this is what I currently have and it's super annoying to move the treadmill all of the time. They make some stools that could sit on top of the treadmill, but they aren't the most comfortable and I prefer a normal office chair while I am sitting.

2025.01.24 23:09 refreshing_yogurt The Lakers have the 10th best record in the league but are 20th in net rating. They are pretty average in the clutch so how is this happening?
The normal answer to this for a team with this kind of disparity (and it's fairly rare for it to be this big even so) is over performing in the clutch but they're only 11-9 this year, which is pretty average both in terms of performance and number of games.
They basically haven't found any good lineup combinations all season among their best players. Lebron + AD 2 man lineup has a negative net rating. The Reaves-Davis-James 3 man lineup has a negative net rating. Their core of Reaves-Davis-Hachimura-James has a negative net rating. Every starting lineup they've had this season (except the ones that include D-Lo who is now gone) including the current one with Christie has a negative net rating. They don't have a good bench.
All of this is a departure from last year when these combinations were positive.
Even if you think this means the bottom is going to fall out for this team eventually it's unusual to have gotten to this point.
It's also hard to evaluate the coaching from this standpoint. If all possible lineup combinations are bad with ostensibly good players that might suggest a schematic or buy-in problem. But if they win games despite that handicap maybe that's good coaching? Mike Brown basically got fired while in the inverse situation where the Kings had a good net rating but were not winning games and that was a controversial decision that looks better as the Kings rack up the wins they were not getting before.

Hi,
I was working on my mods, then I had to restart my PC, and when I got back on it, I started MO2 and got hit by the "you are starting MO2 for the first time", then my profile, my Nolvus instance, was gone.
I didn't delete any of the mods, nore did I change any folders' location. Everything is still here, but I don't know how I can get MO2 to get my modlist back and working again (is it only possible) ?
I changed paths in settings and now he can see all my mods, but they are not activated, like Nolvus was never properly installed in the first place or I don't know.
Is there a way to get to the way it was before the problem, or do I have to reinstall Nolvus + the hours of setup I did ?

The undaunted quest in Cyrodil starts you in fort Warren on day one but with the social check it’s impossible to get in since you have no tenacity and little to no speech dice. Is the first day just wasted in this instance or am I missing something? Seems like you’re already in the city so you should be able to do the encounter but I can’t find anything in the rules that makes an exception for the first day.
