I’m a first time betta owner and noticed this foam on my tank about a week ago. I’ve been doing some research and can’t tell whether or not my betta made a bubble nest or it’s something else, lmk what yall think (The cord near the foam is for my heater)

Hey all
Owner [techCU loan] of my system. I believe my panels are Maxeon [registered already] but I am struggling to find out about my inverters and also my ess-storage.
Parts below
SunPower 410W (Model SPR-M-410-BLK-H-AC) Solar Panels inverter(s) to be installed: Type M / SPWR-A4 (IQ 7HS)(22) Monitoring to be installed: Sunvault Storage HUB+ Quantity and model of batteries to be installed: 1 x SV-BASE-13-12-A, 1 x SV-ENERGY13-12-A
I believe if I am not mistaken, these are Enphase microinverters?
Also anyone figure out what we need to do re: batterily system?
Story:
Fire at my house [SoCal]. Sunpower did all the install direct. Trying to identify and find a service company etc properly, as we need to remove panels, assess panels and the broader system for safety and possible repairs.
Located in San Diego.
It's a mess. Starting to call some local companies but the whole support/warranty thing with this mess isn't exactly clear to me [and even some companies i called are saying: your warranties are invalid..which was interesting]
Anyhow, any guidance is useful as I am working with Home Insurance to do renovation, repairs, and loss - and the solar system would be part of my insurance coverage, so needing to get a certified and appropriate company involved. Sorry for the long post etc but been a tough week.

Mam przyjaciół, ale raczej nie widzimy się w realu. Bo większość mieszka po prostu zbyt daleko żeby była taka opcja. Zazwyczaj mi to nie przeszkadza, ale ostatnio zaczęłam o tym myśleć i pomyślałam że byłoby fajnie pograć z kimś w planszówki, wyjść razem na spacer i takie tam. Tylko nie wiem jak znajduje się przyjaciół w prawdziwym życiu. Ma ktoś jakieś porady?

Ich will hier nicht den kompletten Sachverhalt erklären. Fakt ist aktuell läuft es bei mir auf Arbeit echt bescheiden und alle sind maximal gestresst. Ich bin idr echt ein krasser Ruhepol aber heute ist, nach gestern, ein dummer Kommentar echt auf fruchtbaren Boden gefallen bei mir.
Ich war bei dem ganzen im Recht aber meine Vorgesetzte ist ein sturkopf der nicht einknickt.
Ich war sowas von auf 180 weil sich in dem Moment wohl sehr viel entladen hat. Mein Gehirn war voller Adrenalin so wie ich es noch von früher kannte. Stichwort emotionale Regulation.
Selbst wenn ich im Recht war gibt es mir nicht das Recht jemanden so extrem anzumotzen nur weil er das selbe mit mir tut.
Wir haben uns schlussendlich wieder vertragen weil ich irgendwann die Kurve gekriegt hab aber Boa ey. Ich bin fertig mit der Welt. Ich hab vorhin bestimmt 30minuten mit mir selbst geredet das die Reaktion vielleicht nicht wirklich ok war aber ich ja idr solche Situationen lösungsorientiert löse und ich mir deswegen jetzt keine Vorwürfe machen muss. 🥺🥲
War in dem Moment echt wieder idk, Teenager oder wenn man ehrlich ist ging das Verhalten Save noch bis Mitte 20. (bin erst seit kurzem diagnostiziert)

Hey everybody, I am new to personal training. I’m having a hard time keeping my clients work outs to just one hour- I always end up around 15 minutes over. I’m trying to involve supersets as a method to save time, and it’s easier to program them for clients who do total body splits or just in general on total upper body days, but for clients who prefer PPL splits or when I train clients for legs days in general I’m having a hard time finding other ways to keep the time down, especially when I have to include warm ups before they even begin to exercise. Any suggestions/tips would be great!
Also just in case anyone was wondering, I’ve been keeping rest times to a minute max to save time, even though it may not be the most optimal in some cases it seems like the only option I have since one hour can feel so short. I also teach my clients the warm ups so they can eventually warm up before our session so they get more time doing the actual workout.

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I accidently did my progesterone shot tonight with the wrong needle? Not sure how I got this needle, maybe they sent it by accident but it was much shorter than the normal needle (27 g x 1/2 inch) . Is that ok?

I love playing Coal but I don't distract. Im a mobile player and complete garbage at it(but I'm learning) and I mostly just extract but I do save other players if I can from time to time. Multiple times today I've been told to distract and when I told them I couldn't because I didn't have the trinkets and Ive never really done it before and all that they basically blew up on me. Like Im sorry that we don't have a distractor or the distractor died but I can't distract for shit, I would probably die in less than a minute. Multiple times people have tried to grief me for it so I left since I'm not confrontational, but holy shit people need to stop being toxic over it. It's just a game, it is NOT the end of the world. Im so close to just not playing Coal anymore because of it.
