 | Had a bathroom reno about 2 years ago and pretty soon after the floor grout became discoloured with lots of white spots and just patchy. The grout is supposed to be a light grey. It doesn't really get wet in the areas that this is happening aside from the odd small splash and I tried cleaning it with all sorts of grout cleaners and no improvement. It's only the floor though, it doesn't happen in the shower area. We contacted the builder who arranged for a differ tiler to come and regrout the whole floor but it's been a few months and it's just as bad as before. Wtf is going on? Is it us? I clean our bathroom every week Incl spray mop and use a pH neutral cleaner. I haven't scrubbed the grout since we had it redone because I'm too scared! Wtf do I do? i think im honestly over relationships LOL. i have noticed a pattern with the guys ive been so lucky, so blessed & graced by gawd to be summoned to & how they merely perceive me as a fantasy. i am quite literally ātoo exoticā to be experienced & seen as a person. as someone with a mind, soul & a heart & not just a body. itās honestly bizarre to me how men can be so oblivious to their own selfish behavior & traits while dating & getting to know someone. & not mention the necessity to create the illusion of dominance over me due to my hyperfemininity & therefore subjugating that to me being a damsel and/or someone to humble. like itās just strange to me. i wish as a woman & women in general didnāt have to experience these things bc it fucking sucks.
& honestly, it makes being alone so much better.

Hi all,
I've been on this sub for a while. I eas of thr belief that it was a place of advocacy, support and advice.
In the last few months, there has been a shift, with posts and comments going down thr line of 'all landlords are evil / parasites'.
Recently, there was a post where a 'for lease' sign had been defaced with the words 'landlords are scum'. This post had many updates and supportive comments.
So my question, to the moderators, is this where you want this sub to go? To become a place that seeks to create further division between tenants and landlords?
Sure, there are so e terrible landlords and REAs out there, but the majority of landlords and tenants get along fine. A third of the country try rent, and this sub certainly doesn't speak for that many people.
Shouldn't this sub be using its numbers and voice to advocate for more social housing, to campaign to both state and federal governments to fix policy issues that make it hard for renters? If so, that is a sub I want to be involved with.
My take, if the mods sit back and allow this division to rule this sub, then that is the direction they want it to go in, to perpetuate then idea that all landlords are evil, and that all tenants are suffering?
Rant over. Downvote me if you will. This may mean I just need to leave this sub. I'd love foe this to be a genuine discussion about this. I've rented for 15 years FYI.

I absolutely hated the start of Sons of Anarchy Season 5. The extreme violence portrayed during the prison scenes finally reveals the true brutality surrounding gangs, mafias, and similar worlds.
Up until this point, I felt the show still had a somewhat sanitized tone, but this shift hit me like a punch to the gut. Itās raw, itās harsh, and itās a brutal wake-up call.

2025.01.24 23:51 CinematicMusician Don't neglect the world building in Ironsworn
I've been playing a 2 player co-op campaign and we are about 10 sessions in, using Starforged rules/moves. Yes, focused world building takes a good chunk of playtime away from doing actual moves, but when things start to click and interlock, the payoff is immense. I can now conclude that for me "half the prep is play". We had a bit of a rough start to get on the same page. A problem was that I was the one not wanting to determine things until our characters learned about it, but I totally disregarded that if I wanted a plot twists there was still room for it through progress moves either way.
Before this, I tended to play shorter sessions and focus on the moves themselves with a different group, but back then we rarely looked at our background or bigger vows and things didn't connect for a long time.
The funny thing is both ways of playing actually do work, and spending more time with world building takes a little more effort and can stop the flow of play. But once you have a few things going on in your world, those established factions, NPCs, locations etc. come in very handy. I can now understand why Starforged wants you to build a whole sector before you even begin a move. I used to think this was maybe a bit of bloat, but it does make sense.
Now, there is an argument to be made to come up with new, important elements on the fly as well. But if you talk things through in co-op it is key to bounce off ideas and elaborate on them as well.
You can probably tell I'm kind of baffled these games are as flexible as they are. Makes me want to start a Starforged campaign in addition to the Ironsworn one. I feel like I just learned a lot by sticking with my buddy in spite of the slow start and always talking things through. It does take a lot more time though.

Okay so let me start this off by saying that I ABSOLUTELY love this game. I started out with ops for most of last season got the title and moved to warfare the last week and almost had marshal but got stuck at the last rank. But what has me annoyed or confused and disappointed is the community at least here in the Reddit. All I see is people complaining, calling everyone cheaters, bitching about the prices of bundles. I just donāt get it.
For the cheating allegations, I agree i see more than I would like but I mean I see people on here posting clips of them in green armor getting deleted by someone CLEARLY in purple or gold using better ammo than them and calling them cheaters. Itās insane. Mad cuz bad? Idk lmao itās a problem and it will slowly kill the game because itās those casual players that need to be telling their friends about this game not telling them oh no bro itās full of hackers that hunt only me down donāt get the game.
Now with the bundlesā¦I really donāt get the hate. Itās all cosmetic first of all so youāre not missing out on an advantage. And second of all these skins are absolutely amazing. You donāt need to buy the full bundle for 40 you can buy a single skin for 10 or even less sometimes. You look and other shooters like COD or valorant and they have skins that look like completely shit compared to the ones we are getting. And they are just as or even more expensive.
Now I please ask that you all just grow up and shut up and stop these meaningless baseless whining and moaning about a FREE game that is still brand new to us and just enjoy and have some fun. :) thank you peeps
