Anyone have this happen? Had this happen twice this morning with the same person. Older guy is across from me spraying his paper towel, when he puts it back in its holster it sprays just a little and the mist gets on me( face/neck area). It’s isn’t a full on spray but it’s noticeable. Second time I sprayed back. Anyone had this happen?

Spectrum Mobile is offering me $753 trade-in of my S20+ 5G (the phone itself only being $53 while $700 being their promotion) for a 512GB S25 Ultra (1TB not offered). Altogether being $1554.89 with tax, then $801.89 after subtracting the discount.
Samsung Shop app is offering me, for a 1TB version, $150 trade-in discount + $110 instant credit + a $100 bundle discount so that I get either Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for only about $40 or a Galaxy Watch 7 for about $90. Also, I get 3703 points but I have no idea how much that is in dollars. Altogether coming out to $1393.93 with tax.
The dilemna, in my case, is that I value storage space for the big 3D gacha games and I download a lot of FLAC music files. In conjuction to that, I have a fine pair of TWS earphones (Moondrop Ultrasonic), but I do want a higher end pair for at home use. If I settle for the pair that I have currently, then I'm considering the watch since I've started working out and tracking my health recently. The thing is, I don't know a thing about these types of watches and how much of an actual impact it'd make for me. Also, I've never been one to wear watches in general since they seem cumbersome to wear. Something like a Samsun Ring would be more my speed if I were to take the jump on one of these things.
Anyway, looking for insight from others. I know people are doom and gloom about the S25 series but it seems like a good jump for my case. It'd be the first time I'm buying a upgrade too since every other time I've gotten one for free from trying to send an old model for repair through T-mobile, but that model not being supported anymore so they send me the next best thing.

Jane and Mr Bingley: I imagine they'd repeat the naming after parents/relatives/friends, and their choices being sweet and simple, like themselves? -Predictable choices: Jane, Elizabeth, Caroline (Bingley), Charles, Fitzwilliam... -Imagined choices: Grace, Amy, Lucy, Eliza, Peter, Frederick (Freddie)...
Mary and her husband (a clerk): something literary, Greek/Latin, or intellectually pretentious, something Mary would be proud of, or Christian/Bible related. I could also imagine something humble and without ornaments -Predictable choices: Mary, Joan, Ellen, John, William (simple) Phoebe, Sophia (Greek) Tryphenia, Euphemia, Ebenezer, Solomon (intellectually pretentious)
Kitty and her husband and Lydia and Wickham: both in the same category because I'd imagine something trendy for the time (at least for Lydia) or at least for Kitty something more modern leaning, less classic than Lizzy and Jane. -Predictable choices: Lydia, Catherine/Kitty, George (Mr Wickham), Elizabeth/Eliza -Imagined choices: Priscilla, Rosetta, Isabella, Cornelius, Patrick, Walter, Nathaniel

On every car I have EVER owned, the tick-tock of the blinkers is in sync with the flashing of the turn signal. On my 2025 X5, they are completely out of sync. And I can't not see it whenever I'm behind someone with the blinker on. (yes - first world problem, I have OCD, yes I'm probably crazy) 😂

2025.01.24 23:41 peachyenginerd I requested an interpreter for a work event today. My company didn’t comply and sat me in the front.
I started at a new firm this year. They have a big company meeting once a year that was today. When registering for this meeting, I requested an interpreter. HR emailed me that they had me sitting up front. That’s been typical in my experience with interpreters and conferences. I sit up front to see the interpreter.
Well, apparently sitting up front was the accommodation. No interpreter. I left the conference earlier because I couldn’t understand anything. My boss texted me in the afternoon asking where I was. I explained and said I needed to discuss with HR next week about my lack of accommodations. He was supportive and told me he will help me talk with them.
What’s the best way to handle this moving forward? I’ve had bad experiences with HR. My last boss called me a trouble maker when I had to deal with HR. I’ve had not great experiences at work before and was hoping this new job would be different. I could use some guidance from yall.
