I can't really explain it, I just feel really horrible. I thought it was just a PMDD episode, turns out it's something so much worse. I've been trying not to cry for 3 or 4 weeks now and sometimes just crying uncontrollably. I don't really have anyone as I was disowned by my family at 17 years old and I go to community college so haven't been able to really make a friend yet. I have not left my room in weeks (I lost my job 6 months ago and cannot for the life of me find another one) and I have only been listening to this one playlist of this one band over and over again because it's the only thing that makes me feel a little bit better. I don't want this to be my life forever, I know I am 20 and too grown to be acting like this but I feel like I can't help how I feel at this point. Something is just very wrong. My parents are both very tired of me and will ignore me for weeks as I cry in my room. It is very bad

So i have this small group of Friends and we sometimes hang out, nothing too huge because we are Not that Close but some catching Up. So when im with people i usually try to explain my phobia and i communicate my "issues" so If anything ever came to ahead people knew why i reacted a certain way and how to behave.
So Come to today, that friendgroup teases me sometimes by making gagging noises or to "ACT Like" they are about to throw Up. In the beginning it was eh, Not that great but usually theyd laugh and that calmed me. It was almost some sort of exposure. So we went to MC donalds, and for some reason they got nauseous, but APPARANTLY Not really? So there was some gagging and exxagerated reactions to Being full. Im already in a crowded MC donalds AND ATE McDonald's so now im overwhelmed and a Bit anxious. Then a friend of mine gets a Message from another Girl i knew Back in middle school and she wanted to hang out. So we Go to whereever she was and she was with her Boyfriend because There was some huge disgusting Party (so now im more anxious). They Talk, i Just stand by the Side and taking it all in giving myself a Break. When WE left they were saying stuff Like "hey dont Walk there" and then they flashlight to the Spot AND THE BOYFIEND THREW UP i didnt even realize. So i got in the Car, and i was Like alright we are leaving im safe. And then the Girl sitting next to me JUMPS OUT THE CAR AND THROWS UP TOO. Cuz she thought it was so disgusting.
I covered my ears, did deep breathing. And ive been home Just trying to process this WILD day i Had. Wow. And Guys, breathing and breathing is the best way to Go. To understand that it Had nothing to do with me, and to understand that No Matter what Happens IM FINE and everyone Else involved was also Just fine. Breath 5 Seconds in, hold 5 Seconds, exhale 5 Seconds. Or, Inhale 5 Seconds and try to breath everything that you have in your lungs Out and then hold it. Best Thing you can do. And in this horrific day that honestly helped so much, and ofc the people around me who were so sweet and were laughing the whole way Home.

The fact it started off in bed with Ryan! Yuk 🤢, and then got soaked by Debbie, hilarious 😂, she did something far worse!
After she got Community Service and unpaid work for fraud, she did something far bad! She went back to her old flat, spotted a holiday ticket for Nick and Toyah, rummage through the draws, found both their passports & burn them in a toaster & left. You don't do something like that. Never try that at home!
The fact that Sam could have been there (in his bedroom, for instance), anything could have happened. Luckily, Nick got back in time. I mean, I thought they change the locks by now, give Leanns still had a spare key.
She hasn't learnt her lesson since the cult storyline last year & I reckon the Rowan situation is still in her head, plus she managed to give Amy a £12k cheque for Deirdre's lost inheritance fund at the beginning of the week. So, that's another £28k of the £40k Amy lost.
Now, all of the sudden she has suddenly become best buddies with Tracy. The two made a right smug and enjoyed themselves on Monday's episode at the Bistro. Perhaps she owes all the wine she drank behind the bar!
But, finally she did the decent thing & signed over half her share of the Bistro (that quick)! It takes weeks, even months to do it exchanges.
This is not the Leanne we came to expect. But what do we know, this is the producers & writers doing!
We all know very well what happens next week - !

I’ve made a post earlier about how there are no real friends there. But there are a few people who, even though they’re not friends, and indeed are very different people, I like. First Mahira. I think she’s the only person in the group that understands growth. She has opinions and boundaries and I especially like it that she walks away from any situation where there’s too much bad blood. Of course, the flip side to it is that she doesn’t seem to have made friends in the group, and she doesn’t stand up for anyone really. Also I like her style. Her cosmetic procedures, whatever they are, are tastefully done. Danya - love her clothes and how she carries herself. I love her for standing up to Zeina and Safa, for Farhana when the rest of the group ganged up on her. I remember her doing this in an earlier season too, when the group, esp Zeina made Farhana look smaller for hosting sponsored events. I also like her independence - in thoughts and actions, and somewhere DJ Bliss is holding her back. But that’s just my opinion. I also appreciate that the podcast was the most maturely done intervention in the whole series which genuinely felt like healing. Finally Salem. I didn’t like him much initially but what convinced me to change my mind was when I saw him talk to ebraheem without mincing words. He could have let it slide but he held ebraheem to account- the only person in the group to do so, and it was not for his own benefit, but for DJ bliss. I also like how he doesn’t speak too much unless necessary and refuse to be drawn into the immature actions of the group. He of course is observing and commenting only when necessary.
