It should be noted that I have to do it with an applique, so as a first step a contour is established (image 2) followed by a zigzag reinforcement border. The fabric is well tightened in the hoop and The fills are in tatami stitch with a zigzag reinforcement to stabilize it a bit more, but I still can't solve that problem. I (33F) recently ended things with someone (37M) I was dating for about six weeks (introduced via a friend)I thought they were losing interest because of how I read their communication (e.g., slower responses, mixed signals). Instead of addressing it, I ended things, thinking it was inevitable. More of a defensive tactic. I followed up asking for a call stating that it was impulsive and there’s regret especially since he said he was surprised I ended things.
After reflecting, I realized I may have been too quick to jump to conclusions. I sent them a message explaining my perspective, acknowledging my mistake, and leaving the door open if things felt different in the future. I also said there was no need to reply, and they haven’t.
I’m wondering if their silence means they’re done, or if they’re just processing. Should I leave things as they are, or is there a way to respectfully re-open communication? How do I handle the regret I’m feeling?

Lately, I’ve been applying to different jobs, some of which are unrelated to my skills. I’ve been feeling desperate to find work. I’ve even applied to delivery driving jobs, but some of my applications have been rejected. Could it be because I included my degree on my resume?
In the past, I’ve removed my degree from my resume, but it feels like I’m undervaluing myself by doing that. I worked hard to earn that degree, and I’m still paying off the loans I took out for it. I hate having to tell potential employers that I only have a high school diploma and a few customer service jobs on my record.
It feels like I’m either overqualified for some jobs or not qualified enough for others. It’s so difficult to find the right balance and land a job that matches my qualifications.

Hi guys, I've just a pair of these earbuds and they really sound pretty damn amazing, but they seem to have an issue (or what appears to be an issue): when I have ANC on, I can hear a background rustle when there's no music playing, in the left earbud. Gen 2 Oil Life Analysis Results I recently zeroed out the oil life monitor on my 2017 Volt. Since I previously used the factory oil and filter I decided this would be a useful data point and sent a sample to Blackstone Labs for testing.
-The initial oil change was done on November 6, 2022.
-The oil used was AC Delco 5W20 full synthetic oil Dexos 1 Gen 2.
-The oil filter was the ACDelco UPF64R.
-The oil life monitor says "Change engine oil soon" at 5%.
-The oil life monitor hit 0% on November 14th 2024.
-I performed the new oil change on December 10, 2024.
-My Volt does not leak oil, and I do not specifically remember ever topping it off, but I had checked the level several times and likely added a splash once during the 2 year interval. For this reason I put "0.25 qts" for top up oil.
Here are the results from Blackstone Labs:
With Blackstone's recommendation to "Go 2K miles longer next time" I now fully trust the oil life monitor. Am I going to let it run down to 0% and beyond ever again? Probably not. Going forward I will simply add it to my to do list when the monitor warns me at 5% and I won't feel bad if it takes me a month to get around to it.

I guess we can’t reply to another post with pics here and this came up in another thread. Here’s the seat adjustment options on my 8th gen. On the front there’s a single protruding bar that the nose of the seat engages. There is a taller (bottom) slot and a shorter slot (top) in the seat that will accept this bar. If you opt for the top slot the seat will sit lower. If you opt for the bottom slot then the nose of the seat sits higher. To use the bottom/taller slot you have to add the 3/4” spacers that are normally included. If you don’t have the spacers I’d imagine any 3/4” puck like spacers with holes will work. With it in the taller slot it’s apparently a sloppy fit without the accompanying spacers. There’s probably good furniture feet options at the hardware store that would work but mine came with the OE ones in a bag. I didn’t care to remove my spacers to check the bolt size but there are threaded holes there in the frame to accept these spacers.
For the rear the bracket offer a low and high position with no need for any spacers back there. Just remove the Allen screws and move the brackets to the desired holes.
For reference, I’m 6’1” with 34” inseam and I have found that my knee angle is better with the front and rear in the taller positions. When I bought it everything was in the lower positions and my knees were quite acute.

My JKU just started running rough on the way home from work and is giving me P0203 and P0303 codes. They correspond to a misfire and injector issue at cyclinder 3. Closest appointment I can’t get at a garage is over a week away. Do you think replacing the injector is a safe bet in lieu of taking it in? Thanks
