My little guy is 4 years old. He is extremely hyperactive. My behavioral pediatrician said you basically need roller skates to keep up with him and that he is on the high end for hyperactivity. He is often dysregulated and hyperactive. It's become taxing for not only him when I can tell he's struggling but also for me and my husband. He has such trouble concentrating that getting simple test done like going to the bathroom brushing our teeth and getting dressed takes 2 hours. She asked me if I would consider meds and I said yes. In the past, it was always a no for me. At this point in time I'm willing to try anything that will help him to regulate. I feel like if I don't like the medication or the side effects I can easily stop as it's not something that needs to be tapered. Just looking for some support or experiences whether good or bad, any side effects that other parents have run into with D-Amphetamine Salt Combo 5mg Tabs. I am not looking for any stories about how it's the wrong call. Just looking for experiences from other parents. Thank you all in advance.
Side note we also have him in therapy and such. Not using medicine as the only treatment modality

I'm working on a spreadsheet of Pokemon for a portfolio project and I wanted to get an opinion of regional forms. Would you consider regionals to be categorized by the gen they appear in or the gen the original pokemon appeared it. For example sneasel is a gen II pokémon but its Hisui form is from gen VIII. I know sneasler would be considered gen VIII because it's a convergent evolution from Weavile. Hisui sneasel shares the same national dex # as its original counterpart so that's why I'm a little confused. Help would be appreciated!

So, i recently JUST started wegovy at a bmi of 30.5. not horrendous, but 5’5” and 185. still quite overweight. no secondary issues. i know my insurance approved it because my bmi was above 30. the cutoff for obesity at my height is 180. my gw is at least 150. if i get to 179 in the next month or two, does insurance go off of your current weight or your starting weight? like is there a chance im approved this month but wont be approved once i hit 179? i know most people dont stop when they hit a bmi of 29.9, but is insurance still paying for it after that? i’m really excited, but dont want to get my hopes up and only be able to lose 5 lbs then i’m done :(

I’ve been making my way through Macross Frontier and really enjoying it. It’s such a nice homage to the original series yet feeling like its own story.
There are SO many references or homages to the original series.
Thought it would be fun to start a thread to share what you see.
I’ll add a few off the top of my head.
- Pilot school shaped like Macross ship and has what I think is a VF-1 flying off of it.
- Ranka gets slapped in the face just like minmay does.
- Alto is an acrobatic flyer and starts as an amateur just like hikaru.
- I think the early song lyrics by ranka and minmay (DYRL) are similar about a boy loving his plane more than her.
