Working on a build (calling it Knight of Hail) using Frost nourish/roar and Sampotes
I've been looking up "Primary frostbite" 40 stacks 120% cd (additive presumably) and couldn't find any info on it whether the CD also works on melees Hits.
Sry it's busy life i don't get to play as often as I'd like to anymore. Any assistance would be great. Here is the build if anyone would like to try it.

Hi All!
I have a general (basic) question regarding mean report outs for large employee survey data sets. Say I have a survey that measures multiple constructs (e.g., engagement, satisfaction, etc.) and each of those constructs are measured by multiple items (some respondents may skip certain items). When reporting out, say the overall engagement score, would you use the overall mean calculated from scores from all items in a construct divided by total responses? Or would you calculate a composite score for each construct (mean of the items) and then report out on the mean of the composite (mean of a mean)?
Also, when reporting % favorability, the same question would apply. Would you look at total favorable responses from all items divided by total responses? Or would you look at the total number of the composite scores over a certain threshold (say 4 on a Likert scale of 1-5) divided by total number in the composite variable?
Note my question is more for applied settings, in consulting or for management. I know the differences might not be meaningful to those audiences, but it is meaningful to me! Appreciate any help you can provide!

I'm a newbie on running localLLM on Windows, I'm trying to compare ollama to LMStudio. I always heard about ollama as the best solution but to me it seens unusable on Windows. I cannot even complete a complete model pull 99% of the times. It seems also more resource intensive conpared to LMStudio. Can someone that use it on Windows give me some hints? Thank you

For the last two months, I’ve been reaching out to tons of small business owners and entrepreneurs, offering web development services. I’ve sent hundreds of messages, but I haven’t gotten even a single fruitful response. It’s been rough.
I already have a small portfolio of websites I’ve made for friends and family through referrals, so I know I can deliver quality work. I also tried Upwork, spent a decent amount of money buying connects, but didn’t have much luck there either.
Now I’m thinking maybe I need to change how I approach this. Instead of trying to sell my services right away, maybe I should focus on helping people first—like building a website for someone for free, just to show what I can do and maybe get some feedback or referrals.
Has anyone here been through something similar? What did you do to finally get people to notice your work? And if you were a business owner, what would make you trust someone enough to give them a shot?
I’d really appreciate any advice or ideas.

I recently bumped into my family’s car while parking and other than a couple scratches, part of the back ended up displacing. How expensive do you think it will be asking a repair shop to just knock it back in place?
