I learned today that I have gastroparesis. My docs instructions were to follow the gastroparesis diet, but I was also diagnosed with IBS and was.told to follow that diet. I'm lactose intolerant too. Soo... does anyone else have the same and told to follow more than 1 diet? They seem to contradict each other and for IBS my doc told me to take fiber after my colonoscopy, and for gp it says not to. I'm soo confused! Doctors don't seem to be very concerned with giving patients knowledge these days... any advice would be appreciated!

i have had constant suicidal ideations for ten years now and i can’t imagine myself dying any other way, especially as of late. i was recently abandoned with little to no closure by my best friend of seven years (who was also my partner for four). i hate myself for letting this happen and i can’t believe that my bpd wasn’t the catalyst to our relationship initially deteriorating a few years ago. i absolutely fucking hate myself for losing my companion. i cannot imagine making it through this, i have constant, intrusive suicidal thoughts daily, especially when i realize this is real. before anyone says it, i have a therapist, am medicated, and have been hospitalized over this already. please don’t try to tell me it will get better, i just want it to end.

In hell they bang their frying pans and send scouts up to the gate to watch, when you, as the speedometer runs wild, lift both hands off the wheel to strike a match.
