2025.01.25 00:20 Icy-Assumption-8427 When to File Item Not Received
For the first time in over 10 years of buying on eBay and item hasn't been received yet, the estimated date was Jan 20th. I gave shipping a few days after the estimated date, still hasn't arrived. I sent the seller a message 2 days ago, still has not responded. eBay marked it as shipped, but there is no tracking information, just has "Shipped (Untracked)". I am at day 25 since the purchase, will wait until tomorrow, which gives the seller 3 days to respond. I know I only have a few days left before the 30 day mark.
What happens when I use the Item not Received? I don't have anything to show eBay or prove it wasn't delivered, other than video showing the USPS arriving, and not delivering that package. This is the first time I have not received a tracking number, the seller has over 10k in feedback, and is 97.6% positive, none of the negative feedback is related shipping. I know it hasn't been delivered, I have a camera on the street, on my walk, and on my porch, the mail truck has delivered letters in the mailbox, put a few other packages on the porch, but this hasn't shown up.

I looked at the list of them but it seems like there is mostly low profile people like danie khalife who isnt violent, a disgraced but non violent politician, bronson and briggs both too old and tommy robinson who wont do anything im sure. but is there any very violent people in there aside from the most recent addition?

I have a 2009 VW gti and a week ago it started rough so I shut it down and now it won't start. Cranks faster than normal. I replaced camshaft position sensor and crankshaft position sensor and still nothing. Had new timing chain and tensioners put in probably march or April last year. For past 3 or 4 months I've had a code p0016 ( i know should have fixed then but funds are short) which caused the car to crank more than usual when started unless I erased the code then it would start fine. Checked compression on 2 cylinders so far and no compression. Has spark, haven't checked fuel yet. Gonna check timing tomorrow. Right now I'm assuming it jumped time and bent valves. Just wondering if anybody could help or has any insight to what might be going on. Thanks.

My cat has now been missing for 15 days and I am devastated. We have done it all - posted to socials, check the shelters and animal centers every single day, call all the vets in the area, hung up posters every where, we have searched day and night for her, left several traps and put up several cameras around our community, and we even hired 4 different animal communicators to help us in locating her. We are so desperate we even got someone to come out with their dog and track her by scent and still NOTHING. No sign of her, not a single text or call from anyone who has had a sighting of her. I don't know what I am not doing in order to find her. Please share any advice and send all positive energy my way.

Hey y'all! I'm currently on my first read through of TWI and am halfway through volume 8. After reading the Pisces interlude and seeing the care pirateaba took in including trigger warnings and getting the chapter edited a moment from an earlier volume still sticks with me. In the first chat interlude, Batman who we later learn is >! Ryoka !< uses a homophobic slur (f*g) in the group chat while trolling and it's just not acknowledged at all as being a word with really heavy connotations. Has pirateaba ever commented on this? Personally as a queer reader it kinda threw me. However, having read a significantly more of the book since then, I haven't really seen Earth bigotry pooping up anywhere else so clearly and without warning so it feels out of place to me. Curious what other folks think and if there's some kind of context I'm missing.

96 1.9L. Car has been sitting most of a year with a dead battery. Finally got battery replaced and replaced replaced the crank case breather valve and hose with OEM BMW parts. Started it up and runs fine and normal until comes to operating temp. Then starts ramping rpm up to about 1400 and starts doing this drop to about 1100 rpm every 30 seconds or so.
Pull codes on 20 pin, and first code that shows up when rpm ramps up is
P1140 - mass or volume airflow circuit range/performance problem.
Then when idle drops start happening code pops up
P0505 - idle air control system
Car never did this before. Any ideas or help?
