I my Apple Watch says so, with a report that shows very consistent interruptions every single night. I don’t snore, says my wife, says sometimes breathe heavy. But I go to bed , fall a sleep fairly quickly, and sleep amazing every night. Feel great in the morning, rested.
I took it a step further and got a finger pulse ox and recorded a nights sleep, and it showed 18 short dips of the pulse ox to 80.
Any thoughts on this scenario?

Is there a generator transfer switch that has more than two 240-volt double pole breakers? All I can find have two at most. I am trying to set up something for my stove, HVAC heat pump, and heat pump water heater. If it’s a matter of building my own, or switching out cables and breakers in existing transfer switches, I could do that, I just need to know where the how to’s are to do this.

2025.01.25 01:19 Limp_Celebration My (27F) boyfriend (30M) wants to move across the country and wants a few months alone first. How do I respect his desire for personal growth, while also protecting myself from being hurt?
As the title says, my boyfriend of 1 year wants to move across the country. He’s said this since we started dating so I knew it was a possibility, but he’s now looking to actually make the move.
We’ve discussed that we could move together and I’m down to move with him, but his ideal situation seems to be that he moves first and then I follow a few months after. He says he wants a few months of independence because he’s wanted to make this move for a long time and he thinks the independence is important for his personal growth.
We have a very loving and good relationship and otherwise have no reason to be insecure about the relationship, but he is not a huge words of affirmation kind of guy so his reassurance is mostly given through actions rather than verbal affirmations (I do well with verbal affirmations lol). Maybe I’m just a bit insecure, but him saying he wants a few months of independence gives me anxiety that he is unsure of making the move together. I know he says he wants me to come a few months after, but it still worries me for whatever reason since he doesn’t sound as enthusiastic as I’d want him to be, but maybe that’s just not him. Whenever I bring up insecurities, he always asks what he’s doing that’s making me feel insecure, given he always makes effort to see me, talk to me, make plans, etc. which is fair, it’s just the words of affirmation that are lacking.
My ultimate fear is that he’s running away from the relationship, and I don’t want to have to wait for him to move to find that out. How would you interpret this situation? Does it sound like he’s running away, or does his desire for a few months of independence before I join him sound reasonable? I don’t want to nag him and I want to respect his desire for personal growth, but not at the expense of our relationship.

Hey guys! I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I was hoping some of you could help me.
I got the physical BotW game as a gift from my boyfriend because he knows I love TLOZ and I've been playing in his Switch for a few weeks and I've been loving every second of the game. The thing is I'm only visiting now and we actually live in different countries (and continents actually) and I don't own a Nintendo Switch, in fact, I've never had a console in my life! But I plan on saving money to get a Switch this year or even a Switch 2 if it's released not too late in the year. Is there any way I can save my progress from his Switch to eventually transfer it to my own console? I know you can do it if you have the second console nearby but since that's not going to happen I don't know if there's any other way like copying some files from the microSD or paying for a Nintendo account that would allow me to save my progress on a cloud. I'd appreciate any help!

I just got my 6 month stockpile order from Fifty410 and I’m concerned and disappointed.
First is that while it shipped fast, it arrived poorly insulated and with insufficient packing to keep it cold. I know it’s bitterly cold in most US right now, but it’s 50-60 degrees here in Northern California.
The 1 gel ice pack that came with it, was not even cool to the touch when it arrived. And it was wrapped in 1 UPS bubble wrap envelope and then in a UPS box.
My one month supply from Remedy meds, and two month supply from LSH, both arrived with at least four ice packs of the same size as the one sent with my six month supply from Fifty410.
I stuck it in the refrigerator right away, but are these meds still good to use?
2nd issue is that my order specified a 9/18/25 BUD, and 2 vials had that date but the other 2 have 7/18/25.
I’ll going to email Fifty410 and see what they said but wanted to see if anyone had similar issues?

My wife (34F) and I (31 M) have three kids. Two are biologically ours and I legally adopted her son when we got married. I’ve been in his life since he was 2 and I’m the only dad he knows. He’s 12 now and we also have a 7-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter.
When my daughter was one I got a vasectomy because I was done having kids. Our family felt complete. My wife was totally fine with it at the time.
Then a year later her sister had a baby and ever since my wife has been insanely jealous. I get it but I told her maybe she should talk to a therapist because we’re happy. Our family is complete and we can’t just have another kid every time someone else does.
She started saying she just wanted one more. She’s been begging me to get a vasectomy reversal. I told her there is zero chance I’d ever do that. Even if I did there’s no guarantee we’d even conceive naturally. Plus my insurance doesn’t cover IVF.
Then she said she could take out a line of credit to pay for IVF. Again I said no. Since then she’s been a completely different person. Her social media is full of posts about how much she wishes she could have another baby. Every single day she talks about how one more would complete our family.
I even made a spreadsheet showing how expensive three kids already are. Adding another is not happening. Her response was that we can just cut out unnecessary stuff. No big trips and no extracurriculars.
That’s when I lost it. I told her I’m not lowering my kids’ quality of life because she has baby fever. And now she’s calling me a stubborn asshole. She cries and says she is not done.
So am I being a jerk here? And will she ever grow out of this baby fever phase?

Hi, buddies. I've been a long-time Gfriend fan since their debut. Their music is all i've listened to over the last decade and I really wanted to purchase a concert ticket for Season of Memories on any of their tour location - most of them seem to be sold out at this time from the three websites posted on WeVerse and they're all in language i can't understand, and it breaks my heart that I might miss the chance to see them perform ever again.
I don't have any experience attending any concerts or buying tickets as I didn't have the means to do so in the past, but I'm willing to make this happen just to see them perform together one last time with my own eyes, and hear their voice live.
Is there any buddy who can help? A reliable site where I can purchase tickets without getting scammed?
I also wanted to purchase their physical Season of Memories album and lightstick, and I have no experience buying them online. Can any buddy recommend a trustworthy site that ships in Asia? All my Gfriend albums, i only managed to purchase in Korea when I visited, and I really wanted to own each of their physical album that i don't have yet.
