 | Please ignore my giant man hand it looks so big in this pic I started a new job this week and they have me training at a mall a little ways away from me. And the BBW location at that mall usually carries all the test products, so I wanted to see if they had the test minis, and they did! I don't get paid until next week so I only told myself I was getting one because I had a free travel size coupon I wanted Wild Vanilla but y'all, as a vanilla lover, why do I smell plastic 😭. As it dried down a bit it smelled a bit better but honestly, that initial spray just wasn't hitting it. This almost never happens with me either Honestly I'm wondering my nose is off rn because Toasted Pistachio also smelled weird, like, soup, and Clean Musk didn't smell like anything. I also tried Warm Tonka but I don't remember how I felt about it But I settled for Amber Suede, mainly because, not only does it seem pretty strong, but it smells like chocolate on me. I don't know what note specifically is giving me that impression but even after 4 hours later I'm smelling my wrist and going "no that's literally a chocolate bar" So yeah, I'm probably not the most reliable person to review these minis just because they don't impress me that much overall. Greetings everyone,
It's that time of year again where I’m considering adding another watch to my collection. Although I'm not an expert in watches, I would greatly appreciate your opinions and suggestions.
I’ve recently come across the Orient Kamasu, specifically the green dial version, and I must say, I really like it. While I haven’t had the chance to see it in person yet, it certainly looks like a solid piece. The price for a brand-new one seems to be around 300 euros.
That being said, I’d love to hear your thoughts—do you recommend the Orient Kamasu? Are there other watches in a similar price range that you would suggest instead? I’m open to any advice or alternatives you might have.

Husband passed on active duty (2008), along with our toddler daughter. They're laid to rest together, headstone is occupied, for lack of I don't know the proper word. I was told when making arrangements that due to this fact, I couldn't be laid to rest with him. However, I could be laid to rest elsewhere in the cemetery, that's OK and understandable.
My MIL today (days before the anniversary of their passing) sends me an email. She wants me to sign and affidavit relinquishing the burial spot where "technically" my daughter is laid to rest. My guess is her thinking is "But there's not a casket in the ground, so it's empty". Correct, but the headstone has my daughter's information on it, although she's laid with her daddy in his casket.
I know there's nothing that can happen. I'm just beyond angry & disgusted. I needed to vent somewhere.

Going to my first card show soon and have some full art trainers in the 2-5$ price range. Not a big fan of them and would like to trade up for something I want. How hard is it gonna be to get rid of these?
The only one I have that I don’t think will need an issue is the lacy which is like $25 roughly. But how willing are people to trade say multiple full art trainers for on or 2 cards?

As per title, I'm currently thinking of investing some of my income towards helping my parents buy a house in NC and am feeling a bit anxious and wanted to seek for advice.
I earn around $8.4K per month (after taxes), and currently spend around $850 on rent per month with a roommate. My parents on the other hand -- spend around $1450 in rent for an apartment.
We're thinking of buying a house -- and after a 30% down payment it'll be around a $2,624 monthly (includes HOA, Insurance, taxes per month) for a 15-year deal. My parents will contribute $1450 and I will contribute the rest.
I'm currently thinking of it as a stable investment to build equity, while allowing my parents to stop wasting money on rent. And although it sounds good on paper, it would eat around an additional $1450 towards my spending on bills. One thing we are looking forward to - is that our car payments around $600 will go away in the 1-2 years, opening up more for mortgage payments.
Would it be a good choice for us to buy this house? Or would this be a rash decision?

Hi. I'm very new to UE and will be ordering once a day for the foreseeable future. Im currently subcribed to the account option that eliminates delivery fees and reduces service fees. As I understand it, drivers accept/decline orders based on dollars per mile, with total mileage determined by how far they have to drive to pick up the order, plus how far they to drive to deliver it. For my last four orders, which have been my first four orders, I've tipped $7.85 for an order from a retaurant .2 miles away, $11 for an order from one 3.6 miles away, $6.83 for an order 2.3 miles away, and $4.16 for an order .6 miles away. I've had my all orders arrive in 25-35 minutes. Going forward, are these tips/miles ratios good enough to consistently get my order accepted quickly by drivers, and delivery in 30 minutes or so? I wanna decide within the month so that I can get it sooner than later because I don’t want them to be at different healing stages looks wise.
