 | I need help deciding whether to approach the homebuilder of the new house I just closed on. It’s not really a concrete issue per se but a drainage issue that may cause problems with the driveway slab, and I’m trying to figure out how much of a problem this can turn into. Most houses in this development have a culvert under the driveway. A few don’t, but I feel like this driveway might need one base in how much water flows under and above it. Picture 1: light rain started to notice pooling, drained away by the morning. Picture 2: After a night of snow and morning of melting, you can see the drainage form moving and stalling right on my driveway, it was about 1 in to 1.5in unseated at its worst but only in the corner and following the seam/crack of the driveway. Picture 3: Shows a crack that’s formed along the path of the flow of the drainage and it’s hard to get a picture but there’s a very steep settling of the slab creating a divet that matching the angle of the drainage. Picture 4: Straight on picture of the drainage in question and its flow right through the driveway. Is this enough to warrant a talk with the builder during my warranty period? What is your professional opinion? I’m willing to try methods other than cutting out that middle section of driveway and building that culvert if it’s easier but I just want to know my options from professionals. A vivid line appeared right in the middle of my screen a week after purchasing my MSI MAG271QPX OLED. I've heard this is normal for qd oleds. it sucks cause i was really enjoying the vivid colors and high refresh rate, but whenever my screen displays anything slightly dark without being black, i get a blatant line. does anyone know of a 360hrz oled monitor that doesn't suffer from this? Or am i going to need to buy something different. Or am I better off living with it. Any advice would be welcome.
(Also, was there anyway i could have prevented this?)
