Been trying to run fallout 3 on my new PC on high refresh rate (165 fps), installed all the fixes, but the game can get over 130-ish fps. Even if I lower the settings to the absolute minimum using bethini it still runs at the 130-ish fps. Any advice/fix?

I have a weird behavior where I will wait a few minutes after closing a game before launching another game to let the computer cool off a little in between. Does this actually help the performance/life span of the computer at all or does it just not matter as it will be in use regardless?

2025.01.25 04:28 Elise_2006 If I had the ability to load information into my brain, what number would cause my brain to completely shut off and kill me?
This is related to something I'm writing, I know Graham's Number would cause my brain to turn into a black hole and destroy the world, so I'm trying to find the smallest number that can kill a person.
By no means am I saying that I'm qualified to answer this question, but if I did my research right, it might be around 2.5 quadrillion or maybe less? My reasoning to this is that the human brain is able to hold 2.5 petabytes of information, and a petabyte has a quadrillion bytes. This is obviously an uneducated answer I came up with in like 2 minutes of research, and I'm probably way off the mark here. I'm hoping this is the right subreddit to be asking this lol. Thank you :)

Very annoyed with the service of VIP here. has to be thr worst in industry.
I was a VIP member for a year. first host was awful and got a replacement host. he was good.
I took a 2 month break from betting. life was busy etc. out of country.
I come back and my VIP host basically says work your way back up 6 levels and maybe we can talk again
WTF is this. I have never heard of a long time VIP be told by a host that he needs to reearn his VIP status after a small break.
Honestly the comission should look into having to consistently meet such a high level of betting to stay VIP. not responsible gaming.
