2025.01.25 04:02 davihar Square Footage

Is it normal in Texas to list square footage that is 20% more than the county records?
I’ve gotten serious about 2 properties and both of their listings didn’t match the county records. On one the three sided pool house square footage was added in. On the other, the selling agent said the unfinished attic square footage was added because there was potential for it to be finished, even though all the mechanical equipment and ducts are in the way.
Is this normal?
Thanks

2025.01.25 04:02 subashbusiness95 Mounjaro: I lost 20 lbs... Doctors HATE this trick!

Introduction Many people find it hard to lose weight. Weight loss medication is now becoming a common idea. One new drug is called Mounjaro. How does Mounjaro help with losing weight? Many want to know. The medicine has an active part called Tirzepatide. This writing will show how this medicine makes changes in your body. This medicine is becoming popular. I will explain what is happening, to help you understand. This article will help you understand how Mounjaro for losing weight works. We will see what this medicine does. It is important to learn. So, here is some learning. It is a helpful thing. People want to understand how to get healthy. I will make it easy for you. You will know more by the time you finish reading. It helps you know how Mounjaro could help you. Let us start.
Understanding Mounjaro: The Basics Mounjaro, with its active ingredient Tirzepatide, is a special medicine. Doctors give it by prescription only. This medicine was first made for people with type 2 diabetes. Now doctors also use this for weight loss. It has a unique method. It is a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. This means it works on two things in your body. Most other weight loss medication only work on one. This dual action helps with blood sugar levels. It also helps with your weight. This is different from other drugs. This makes Mounjaro special. It helps your body use sugar better. It also tells your body that you are full. I will explain more. It is a useful medicine to think about for losing weight. This is how Mounjaro is different. You must understand to learn how it helps you.
How Does Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) Work? The Science Behind It Your body uses hormones. These are like signals. Two signals are GIP and GLP-1. These help your body with blood sugar. They also help with how much food you want to eat. Mounjaro, with its key component tirzepatide mechanism, is like a copy of these signals. It makes your body think it has more GIP and GLP-1. This helps your body use sugar in a better way. The idea of receptor agonism is like this. The medicine goes to the signal receiver, just like the hormone. This is how tirzepatide mechanism helps you. It makes your body react like it has these signals. It helps your body use sugar better. It also helps you feel not so hungry. So how does tirzepatide work? It sends signals to your body. These signals are very helpful.
Mounjaro and its Impact on Glucose Regulation When you eat, your blood sugar goes up. Mounjaro helps your body use sugar more smoothly. It makes your body more sensitive to insulin. Insulin is a hormone. It helps your body get sugar from the blood. This also helps your body release more insulin. It is like a helping hand. This helps stop high post-meal glucose spikes. The sugar rise after you eat becomes much smaller. This is good for your health. It is a important part of how Mounjaro works. It keeps your blood sugar at good levels. Because it helps so much, Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes and weight loss is helpful. This also helps with weight management because less sugar in the blood may mean you won't store as much fat.
How Mounjaro Affects Appetite and Satiety Mounjaro also makes food move slower through your stomach. This is called slow gastric emptying. So, food stays in your stomach for longer. This makes you feel full for longer. You don’t feel like you need to eat soon again. This helps you eat less food. You also don’t feel hungry so much. This is how Mounjaro helps you with how Mounjaro affects appetite. You don't eat too much. When you eat less, it helps with Mounjaro weight loss benefits. This medicine helps control your hunger. It makes it easier for you to eat less. So, it helps you lose weight. It also helps you feel satisfied after your meals. I think this is a good way to manage how much you want to eat.
Mounjaro's Mechanism and Weight Loss: A Deeper Dive Keeping your blood sugar under good control is an important part of losing weight. When your blood sugar is not too high or too low, it's easier to not store extra fat. The GIP and GLP-1 hormones that Mounjaro copies, they also do a important job. They make you feel less hungry. The hormones slow down the way your food is digested in your stomach. This all helps you feel fuller for a longer time. Your brain has a special place called the hypothalamus. It helps to control your hunger. How Mounjaro affects appetite is through the hypothalamus. The medicine can change how the hypothalamus works, and this will help you feel less hungry. All these things work together. This is how Mounjaro helps with weight loss with Mounjaro.
Mounjaro and Calorie Intake Reduction When Mounjaro makes you less hungry, you eat less food, thus you take in fewer calories. When you feel full, you don’t want to eat so much. This helps a lot with calorie intake reduction. Mounjaro also helps with cravings. Cravings are when you want to eat something bad even if you are not hungry. Mounjaro can help stop you from wanting these unhealthy things so much. This helps you eat healthy food. When you reduce cravings you will not take in so many extra calories. This helps you to manage your weight. It is an important part of how Mounjaro helps you lose weight. The ability to control cravings is very helpful when you want to lose weight.
Mounjaro and Fat Metabolism Scientists are now studying how Mounjaro may change how your body stores and uses fat. The medicine with the key ingredient tirzepatide, this may help your body use fat for energy more. This may also help your body store less fat. However, this is still being researched. Weight loss medication mechanism is complex. We are still learning all the ways Mounjaro works in your body with fat. So, we don't know everything about this yet. This is something the scientists are working on to research. So, we may know more about how Mounjaro's mechanism and fat works with more study. It is a promising area but it's important to know we don't have all of the details yet.
Clinical Trial Results: What the Research Says About Mounjaro for Weight Loss Many clinical trials have been done on Mounjaro and these trials have shown good results. These studies were done to see if Mounjaro works for Mounjaro weight loss benefits. Scientists compared Mounjaro to a fake medicine called a placebo. The people who took Mounjaro lost more weight than the people who took the placebo. On average, people taking Mounjaro lost a good amount of weight. The amount of weight lost was different for different people. Some lost more, some lost less. The trials also showed that the people taking Mounjaro had other health improvements. They had better blood sugar control. Mounjaro clinical trial results show it works. It is useful for weight loss.
Mounjaro vs. Other Weight Loss Medications: A Comparison Many different medicines help with weight loss. Some of these other drugs work in different ways. Weight loss medication mechanism can be very different. Mounjaro is different because it does two actions. It is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Some other medicines only do one. This makes Mounjaro and GLP-1 action is unique and very special. Some medicines also have different side effects. The side effects of Mounjaro are very different than some other medicines. Mounjaro side effects weight loss is a consideration. Doctors must be sure it is the right choice for the patient. Different medicines work for different people. I am learning more about all of them.
Potential Benefits of Mounjaro vs Other Weight Loss Medication Mounjaro's dual agonist action is what makes it unique. It works on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. This might have better results for weight loss than drugs only working on one receptor. The other medicines may have side effects that are different than Mounjaro side effects weight loss. Some drugs may have more effects on one person or less on other person. You can compare these side effects. That's why doctors must think about all of them. How Mounjaro contributes to weight loss is because of these two actions. This means this dual action may have more impact. Mounjaro could be more beneficial for you.
Who is a good candidate for Mounjaro? Mounjaro is mainly for adults who have type 2 diabetes and need help with their weight. It is very important to talk with a doctor about your health history. The doctor can tell you if Mounjaro is right for you. Not every person can take this medicine. Some people who have certain health issues should not take Mounjaro. The doctor will see your health history. The doctor will think about other medicines that you are taking. It is also important to know about what you want from the medicine. This will help the doctor make the right decision for you. So Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes and weight loss has to be approved by the doctor. Always get doctor's advise before taking any new medicine.
Important Considerations: Side Effects and Safety Like all medicines, Mounjaro can cause some side effects. The most common ones are things like feeling sick, throwing up, not passing stool easily, or having loose stool. Mounjaro side effects weight loss is something you must know. These side effects are usually not serious. However, they can make you feel bad. The medicine also has some contraindications. This means it might not be good for some people with some health conditions. Mounjaro is a medicine that you must use only under the guide of a medical doctor. Doctors will check you often for your safety. They will see how well the medicine is working for you. It's important to know the risks. The doctor's advice is very important.
Conclusion Mounjaro is a medicine that has two special actions for weight loss. It works on both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors in your body. This helps with hunger, blood sugar, and weight. The medicine makes you feel less hungry. It also helps your body use sugar better. Mounjaro clinical trial results show it helps with weight loss. Studies show people lose a good amount of weight. You must talk to a doctor before you use this medicine. They can help you decide if Mounjaro is a good choice for you. They can also tell you about what may help and what may not be good for you. Knowing all the facts is the first step to being healthy. If you're considering Mounjaro, talk to your doctor to see if it's right for you and to understand the potential benefits and risks.

I feel like Human will win and then like while saving Seigfried is about to succeed, Odin will stop and Seigfried will be sacrificed. Then 4 primal gods appear. Then another battle between the living warriors on the human side and on the gods side fight against the primal gods. (Maybe the audience will join as well who know)

2025.01.25 04:02 livelyclown Cardboard chewer

We got a wonderful Cocker Spaniel from a rescue. She was what is known as a "mill dog". We've had her for over 9 months and she is settling into our home quite well. Except she has a thing for chewing on cardboard. No box or toilet paper is safe. It's easy to keep the bathroom door closed, but we're running out of places to keep boxes up and away from her. We've given her chew hides which worked for about 6 months and tuff toys she never touches. Now she puts them in her favorite corner and leaves them. We don't want to spray anything on the boxes and there is no other place to put them. How can we teach her to stop chewing?

2025.01.25 04:02 Fallen_Key I cry when my puppy barks at me

I have a 15 week old standard poodle named Ollie. He is a sweet, good boy despite some normal puppy behaviors. He sometimes demand barks (barks in his crate when he’s not tired enough, barks when we’re training and he’s frustrated). For example, we’re working on place, which he is awesome at. Tonight I was seeing if he could go a little longer than normal and he started barking. And when this happens I just immediately burst into tears.
I realized that I’ve never had my dog bark at me. My childhood dog, a beagle named Phoebe, never barked (crazy for a beagle I know haha) unless it was at the guy who came to fix our sprinklers. And he was kinda sketchy, so I think I came to associate barking = mean. I know it’s just his way of communicating that he’s frustrated but I take it so personally! I feel like I can’t help it :-(
I know you’re just supposed to ignore the barking, but I would so appreciate any advice or words of encouragement!

2025.01.25 04:02 LowWork7128 Practical advice and tips that have really helped me on my recovery journey.

I wanted to share some practical advice and tips that have really helped me on my recovery journey. I know how tough it can be, and I hope these insights can offer some support and encouragement to those of you who are also navigating this path.
Coping Strategies

  1. Identify Your Triggers: One of the first things I did was to figure out what triggered my urge to drink. Whether it's certain people, places, or emotions, knowing your triggers can help you avoid or manage them better.
  2. Find Healthy Outlets: Instead of reaching for a drink, I started engaging in activities that helped me cope with stress and emotions. For me, exercise, meditation, and journaling have been incredibly beneficial.
  3. Stay Connected: Building a strong support network has been crucial. Regularly attending support group meetings, like AA, has provided me with a sense of community and accountability.
  4. Set Realistic Goals: Breaking down my recovery journey into manageable steps has kept me motivated. Celebrating small victories along the way has made a big difference.
  5. Practice Self-Care: Taking care of my physical and mental well-being has been a priority. Getting enough sleep, eating nutritious meals, and doing things that bring me joy have all been part of my self-care routine.
Healthy Habits
  1. Exercise Regularly: Physical activity has been a game-changer for me. It boosts my mood, reduces stress, and improves my overall health. Find an exercise routine that you enjoy and can stick to.
  2. Eat a Balanced Diet: Eating well has helped my body heal and given me the energy I need for recovery. I focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
  3. Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water is essential. I aim for at least eight glasses a day to keep my body hydrated and functioning well.
  4. Establish a Routine: Having a daily routine has provided structure and stability in my life. Planning my day with activities that promote well-being has kept me engaged and focused.
  5. Avoid High-Risk Situations: I steer clear of environments where I might be tempted to drink, like bars or parties. It's all about creating a safe space for myself.
Resources for Support
  1. Support Groups: Joining a support group like AA or SMART Recovery has been invaluable. It's a community of people who understand my struggles and offer guidance and encouragement.
  2. Therapy and Counseling: Working with a therapist has helped me address underlying issues related to my alcoholism and develop healthier coping strategies.
  3. Online Resources: There are so many helpful online resources out there. Websites like the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) andAlcohol.org offer valuable information and support.
  4. Hotlines: If you need immediate support, consider reaching out to a hotline. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) offers a national helpline that provides free, confidential support 24/7.
  5. Books and Literature: Reading about recovery has provided me with insights and inspiration. Some of my favorite reads include "The Big Book" by Alcoholics Anonymous and "This Naked Mind" by Annie Grace.
Remember, recovery is a personal journey, and what works for one person might not work for another. Be patient with yourself, stay committed, and don't hesitate to seek help when you need it. You're not alone in this journey, and with the right support and strategies, you can achieve lasting sobriety.
Stay strong, everyone!
