So i wasnt able to do the exam right now because i assumed that it would start at 8am local time, not philippine time.
it's currently past 8am in my timezone and I found out that the test was supposed to happen 4 hours prior so that's how ik I missed it.
Based on recent posts i heard that they would send out google forms for rescheduling so do u think it's possible for me to reschedule?
(i don't live in the philippines but I am filipino)

From what I know,
USCIS has a shortage of workers and that is why timespan for cases for people who want to move here legally are quite big. As a naturalized US citizen, it was a 17 year journey (accounted GC). That being said, why can't they have more job postings to have workers on the cases? If they do have more than enough workers who are trained well along with having an array of seasonal visas for low-level gigs, then cases will be very fast in general and illegal immigration will reduce by a lot - hence encouraging legal immigration.
Is it a revenue problem? or what?

2025.01.25 04:20 no1scumbag How do you play a BCR list in 4.0?
Granted I only have a handful of games under my belt, but playing big monsters feels bad. D3 +1 mortals has so little impact, and any rend basically puts them on high saves with no wards.
So you get stuck in combat, maybe survive the turn (but unlikely two) and then you lift them off the table.
Mournfang seem overcosted for what they do, and their anti shooting is useless in certain match ups.
If I’m doing something wrong, I’d love to hear it. Is there a way to play BCR that is both fun and doesn’t require incredible luck and perfect decision making?

Due to our hard water (I am in the metro LA area), we wanted to install one of those whole-house water filtration systems. The problem is that I have no idea of route to go, either the salt-based water softener solutions (with other filters added on), or, a non-salt system.
