This happened yesterday. I’m feeling absolutely confused and guilty.
Im 30M and I consume porn frequently and while scouring the many subReddits here I got many discord links I wanted to see how that works joined some servers and saw some porn being posted. Couple of days went by and yesterday night I was just looking at the latest drop of the videos (so some person will post videos on a periodic basis - it’s mostly got from other server it’s just shared…) and I found a video of a girl I know from there. I have worked with her so I know her mostly in professional setting so I’m not a very close friend as such but we have also gone to some common friend’s events etc.
The video is of her recording herself in a very private and intimate fashion probably for herself or somebody close to her for whatever reason. I highly doubt there’s a chance of her knowing or wanting this video to be out there in open. I had requested the person posted to remove it and asked said person for the source he simply said he just collected from another server which has got nuked now. I have also downloaded the videos(there were 2 videos no photos) and taken screenshot of the chat where posted in case required for any legal etc.
I really want to call her up and inform but i don’t want to
- Make her feel violated by me. I want the right words.
- I feel guilty like myself have done this to her..
- Maybe because of people like me she is being a victim as if no one consumed no one would have supplied.

I enrolled in Arabic in person (3353) but on the My Time Table website when it shows me my allocated classes, they read as “online” (3352). Plus one of these online sessions clashed with a law lecture.
Just wondering if anyone can make sense of this. Will I be able to attend these clashes in person and in that case, can I swap the clashing lecture for an in person class at a better time?

Been thinking about these two — their respective places in film history, how they’re now forever linked through Lynch’s “Fabelmans” cameo. And I’ve perceived some parallels in their lives and works.
Some are rather superficial: both were born in 1946 (the year “It’s a Wonderful Life” came out — more on that in a few); both moved around frequently growing up; both were Eagle Scouts.
But I also think they’re kindred spirits in some strange way, even if Lynch was uncommercial and Spielberg is most definitely commercial. Their movies, collectively, present a purposely childlike view on morality and good vs. evil. They’re often unapologetically sentimental. Compared to the work of their peers (Scorsese, de Palma, Schrader, etc.), they’re uncynical and unironic.
Lynch and Spielberg are two of the great chroniclers of American suburban life. And they both make such frequent use of American iconography in their movies. They embody a kind of post-war optimism, as if they’re the spiritual descendants of Frank Capra; both have acknowledged Capra’s influence, and although they took that influence to different places, it’s easy to see it.
