I’m looking to buy a new launch property and planning to use parallel financing. In this arrangement, the bank will cover 75% of the cost and I will contribute 25%.
My question is about the booking payment. I need to pay 10% upfront, but at this stage, the loan hasn't been disbursed yet since the agreement isn't signed. For example, if the property is worth ₹1 crore, I would pay ₹10 lakh upfront.
Now, the next instalment is ₹10 lakh. At this point, I should contribute ₹2.5 lakh (25%), and the bank should pay ₹7.5 lakh (75%).
However, since I’ve already paid ₹10 lakh (which is more than my share for this first tranche), wouldn’t it be logical for the bank to allow me to skip my contribution for the next few tranches until my ₹10 lakh share is fully accounted for?
How does this normally work in such situations?

Wondering what wearable pumps everyone is using with the Baby Buddha pump. I started on the Ameda Platinum, tried the Elvie Stride and Spectra. I needed something stronger like the Ameda but portable, which I found with the Baby Buddha. No more renting the hospital grade! I use their flange on one side and the smaller Ameda flange on the other. I tried connecting the Elvie stride cups with decreased output (used my routine setup immediately following and got quite a flow). Apparently I need a stronger suction, so I’m super curious to see what everyone is using and which one still gives effective output with the baby Buddha. Don’t want to waste money on something that won’t work for me.
