Dopamine is supposed to take real life effort to obtain, yet in current times it’s too easy to get. This is why many feel unfulfilled and lack motivation.
Some habits such as drinking alcohol, excess video games, nicotine ect all create easy access to high levels of dopamine. Pay attention to your temptations after a night of drinking or any other indulgence of the sorts. Falling into the trap of watching adult content to chase that next easy dopamine release after a flood from the day of abuse.
Straying from these easy sources is both healthier, and helps avoid further temptation.

Im using the render feature to help use bloom, but when i pressed F12 to render a still image, the scene lights were used in the render, even when it is disabled in the menu in the top right. The scene lights ruin it. Sorry if i got something wrong, im new.

i only talk to the same two people every day, my sister and my girlfriend. and i know that my girlfriend must resent me for being clingy, but i don’t have any friends, and making friends with people is almost impossible for me. and yes, i know that it must be a lot of pressure for her, and it’s not good to have all my eggs in one basket. if i wasn’t so autistic, maybe i’d actually like going out or meeting people. but it usually just fills me with dread just thinking about socializing. small talk with new people is exhausting and feels so fake to me, if everyone else were like me, we’d all be trauma dumping right away. making friends is hard enough as an adult, but im even worse at keeping them! they either realize they don’t like me at all, or i stop reaching out because i find talking to people to be so difficult.
i’m not really expecting or looking for any advice, i just know that i can’t be the only person in the world who feels like this and had to get this out of my brain.

Noticed allot of pioneers comlaining recently about their PI being stolen right after Pi Migration.
I ran an investigation and it's TRUE, the wallets are compromised. It doesn't look like a Passphrase leak. It's either an inside job or the wallets are hackable.
Here's one of the wallets where all your stolen Pi ends up in the end:

I've tracked thousands of wallets all tied to this specific one that hold Pi ranging from 10.000 Pi to 500.000 Pi. They all funnel Pi to the one above and others I haven't yet discovered. I'm posting just this one but i wrote down hundreads of other wallets tied to this one.
Pi Network seems to be compromized. Core Team please fix this prior to launching or it's all ruined. This is the wallet from the same hackeers that is curently actively stealling Pi:
