I wasn’t jealous at all when I first got with my gf, about a year in i found out that she cheated on her previous relationship. Later on I found out it wasn’t just once. Even later on I found out she lied about herself and how others treated her when in reality she was the one in the wrong.
Shit happens, people change, people grow.
That’s what I told myself, even after I had my suspicions of her cheating on me I never found proof. And eventually I stopped looking for it.
Now fast forward to present day, every time she mentions an interaction with a man that seems off to me I get jealous. I don’t tell her but I know it’s obvious because my mood changes. She doesn’t get hit on or at least she doesn’t tell me. Today she told me her coworker was looking at her all of the sudden and told her to take vitamins for her eye bags. Something simple like that made my stomach turn.
I’ve gotten hit on by older ladies at work, I tell her and she just laughs and says she knows me and is secure enough that I’ll never cheat. I just think to myself, am I insecure? Why can’t I feel that way about her? Why can’t I just have that trust that she won’t do anything wrong?
I don’t know how to stop it, it just alters my mood every time. Makes me worry.

Has anyone have it go away and come back? Days 1-2 were awful, had a fever, cough, mild post nasal drip, body aches. Woke up day 3 and felt 60% better, I even managed to go for a walk and clean the house etc. Woke up day 4 and back to death— now I have horrible runny nose, cold chills, slight fever. Anyone else experience this?

2025.01.26 06:20 FlamingSigma New PC turns on and then quickly turns off
I recently built a PC without a GPU and it was working fine. But after I got my GPU and installed it, I started running into an issue where the PC shuts off 5-30 seconds after booting up. This made me think the problem was with the GPU, but the same issue occurred when I removed the GPU and used integrated graphics. So it must be something I've done or tampered with while Installing the GPU. I tried reseating the ram and PSU connectors, and removing the battery and putting it back in. Nothing worked so far. My parts list are as follows: CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Gaming Plus Wifi Memory: T-Force Vulcan 32GB(16x2) DDR5 6000MHz Storage: 2TB MP44 SSD GPU: Asus Dual 4070 Super PSU: MSI MAG A750GL Case: Montech Air 100 ARGB
I'm guessing the problem stems from the Motherboard or the PSU, though I'm not sure.

I got the printer working but it had clogging issues. Upgraded to a direct drive and it wont stay where I put the Z-offset so I’m planning on updating the steppers here shortly but takes time.

2025.01.26 06:20 Zarastro5496 Civ VII: Renaming Civs so Modern Iterations Can Exist
As I feared, it seems that the names chosen for some of the civs blocks other iterations of that civ from existing in other eras. Thus, some civs that should exist into the Modern Era get locked off in previous eras. Luckily much of this can be solved by simply renaming some of the civs in other eras and shifting around/creating some UUs and abilities. Below I've listed some name changes of civs so their current names can be used in the Moder Era (except Japan which I've given a name for them in the past). If anyone has any other name suggestions I'm all ears. Hopefully, the devs realize this and change it somehow, otherwise, it'll be up to modders.
