2025.01.26 07:06 Fantastic-South-8648 help. pc can’t connect to one wifi and other problems
i just built a new pc for the first time. i can technically connect to my home wifi but it has no internet. my hotspot works just fine but it’s too slow
other than that i’m also missing a sleep option from power it only has shut down restart and i forgot, and my monitor speaker won’t work and it also isn’t detected in device manager
does anyone know how to solve these?( mainly the wifi problem ) this is frustrating

Assalamu alaikum. I am a very new Muslim woman. I live in the United States, but I'm engaged to a Muslim man that lives in Yemen. He's a good man and teaches me about Islam, but he is very strict. I am not looking for anyone to tell me he is a red flag, I need advice. He told me I should end all friendships with other men, even though I have a few male friends that I consider family, that I've known for more than 20 years.
I don't know how to do that without hurting them. They're like my brothers, and I even call their mother "Mom," because she took me in when my family abandoned me years ago. I explained that to my fiance, but it didn't matter to him. He said he does not want me talking to anyone else, no exceptions/.
Are there any other Muslim women that have gone through this? I am embracing Islam, and I have no regrets about converting, but it has not been an easy transition.
Any advice is appreciated.

8 months into the 2nd D-Day
Some days I love him so much and don’t wanna lose him but I still can’t bring myself to be as affectionate or as loving as before. If anything, I am much more guarded and more closed off despite feeling that I still love him so much.
Other days, I’m super cold and mean. How could I be nice to someone who spent hundreds and hundreds on OF content and bought videos and pictures of his friend?
I want us to work out and be together and raise our babies together but I feel so robbed of real love.
I feel sad, ugly and alone but I’m so busy with my baby and life that I don’t know if I’m forgiving him or just busying myself so much to the point where I forget?
I’m a stay at home mom, and before i was super conscious of what I spent and felt bad when he would buy me things. Now I feel like I deserve it and he SHOULD get me things. Heck, he spent $60 a month to subscribe to one girl. Who he says he doesn’t even remember subscribing to.
Is it ok to stay with someone who makes you feel this way? Who hurt and betrayed me and my boundaries? I do love him so maybe it’s ok. But I don’t want him to think he got off Scot free because I’m staying with him the SECOND time around.
He promises and pleads and reassures that it’ll never happen again and part of me thinks he’s telling the truth but I’m not dumb and innocent to his lies anymore.
Maybe it would be easier if we separated. Maybe not though. I wouldn’t be able to stay home with my son anymore.

If your talent isn't up to par then that should be it.
Physically challenged people shouldn't get extra reservation seats in Colleges, the aim should be to improve the nation not plummit it by introducing even shittier students with below average skills into an above average college.
Helping the poor cast never really helps the poor class but it's more of middle class /rich people rigging certificates to use them for their advantages.

Here's hoping they announce a ps5 version. After playing an hr on series s gamepass, couldn't do it anymore. The games day and night cycle comes quick, and i'm playing in the dusk/afternoon and trying to fight through enemies and being near impossible to shoot at humans and make out any detail. How is it possible that ps4 games look better?
