So me and my girlfriend are playing together and I noticed when we started playing songs. That she doesn't have Child of lyre available. So I tried looking it up and couldn't find it anywhere but then saw that it was a lore note and not a music sheet so I tried to go where the note was but it didn't give her the song. Has anyone else had this problem and is there anyway to fix it?

Its so annoying how Broom and the kids think they should get the dogs, i thought they settled this ages ago, im actually surprised dustbin used some sense and said So should get them but its really infuriating how the only arguement they have is "but i love the dogs so i deserve them" you all love the dogs but So has always done everything for them. if you dont want to be apart then stay in the house with them. also its very likely that they would care for the dogs for like a week and then go back to the bare minimum. i dont know why the would want to take something that brings so much joy and is like a comfort thing for So
i also think its a bit wierd that half the family are gonna be in 2 diff houses (i know there basically connected) and i understand that for the older 2 but idk if the others should be given the choice to seperate from the parents, even if they barely do parenting duties for them.

My 4 yr old yorkie was completely normal on Thursday and then overnight going into Friday she started having lots of diarrhea suddenly. Sometimes sheāll have diarrhea for a day or two but not so frequent. She also threw up a few times. She hasnāt thrown up since early Saturday morning like before 8am but she is still having diarrhea. Itās comes and goes in waves where sheāll be fine for hours and then will have diarrhea for like 10/15 minutes on and off. It was darker brown in color and liquid but now itās more mucus/gummy like and light/normal brown. Thereās not really any blood in it. I made her fast all day Friday and then Saturday I fed her rice, chicken broth, and boiled chicken. She ate it and hasnāt thrown up since then thankfully. Sheās also drinking water as normal. Her gums are fine in color, nose isnāt runny, eyes arenāt blood shot, and not very warm either( I havenāt taken her temp but the areas that normally are warm if they have a fever arenāt very warm.)she was a little lethargic but she perked up for awhile and then got tired again but I think it was just cause she was pretty being active and I even took her for a short walk and she was acting normal. Iām not sure what to do sheās been having her diarrhea at night mostly and now thatās she has had her diarrhea for the night(hopefully) she is just laying down to rest. Today will be day 3 of this so I will see later today if it improves and continue to feed her bland food. If it doesnāt get better soon Iāll likely take her to the vet. Is there anyone who has had a similar experience? Or know something I should buy or do? I was looking into probiotics and anti diarrheal medicines OTC that Iāve heard some people say have helped them. Iāll take any advice,thank you!

AITAH?? My bf (29M) and I (28F) have been dating for about 3 years, moved in together last summer and will be engaged at some point this year. We genuinely never argue. We have an amazing friend group and our families get along with each other, itās the healthiest relationship Iāve ever been in by far. Weāre always on the same page with everything except for when it comes to our bed time routine. He insists that he canāt fall asleep unless the TV is on and I prefer to fall asleep with no noise and no sound (except for the fan, because Iām not insane). At first it was a silly argument about him being an āiPad kidā with his TV. Then it got to be extremely annoying. Heād promise to set a sleep timer, or say I could be in control of the remote. But of course after a few nights Iād be awake at 2-3am because the TV is blaring and he fell asleep 5 min after turning the TV on. Am I insane for being annoyed by this? I value a good nightās sleep and have tried to tell him countless times that sleep is more important than anything when it comes to health. Lmk if Iām wrongā¦

I had a tonsillectomy Friday 24th Jan at 8.30am and wanted to document my experience for anyone worried about having the surgery done.
For reference, I'm in the UK, I'm a dude and had my operation done at the Bath Clinic. It was paid for by my work insurance due to it being classed as chronic tonsillitis.
This is my day 2 Summary - take a look at day 1 by looking at my profile. So here we go...
The Pain
The Pain is ramping up and getting worse. Chewing gum REALLY does help with the pain but yeah, it's getting worse. What really bothers me is the fact that as I'm chewing, I'm hearing clicking in my right ear from the new "cavity" that exists in my mouth. It doesn't hurt - it feels like I expect it to be there after the removal of my old tonsil stoney friends - so I'm just dealing with it.
I would say the hardest part of the day is taking meds after waking up from the (shite) sleep I have. Saw someone else call it L sleeping - yup. Honestly though - I never knew I could sleep like this so I'm pleasantly impressed with myself. Because I can't chew while I'm sleeping, the muscle begins to seize at night - so taking the pills first thing is hell on earth. I think what I'll try tomorrow is waking up a little earlier when I know the pain relief is still working, chew for an hour and then take the meds - gut is telling me it'll help massively.
I did make a mistake while sleeping and it made my morning hard. I mentioned in my last post I mouth tape. The mouth taping makes my nights easier. Unfortunately, mid way through the night I thought I'd be clever and allow my mouth to breathe a little.....and then preceded to drift off....L shaped....head draped down. I only woke up because my mouth was just producing a continuous flow of spit which caused my throat to dry out. Lesson learned - keep the bloody mouth tape on.
FOOD AND DRINK
I'm still eating and drinking. My diet consists of 2 jacket (baked) potatoes, cheese and tuna. Where's the veg? That shit stings so I'm leaving it out for 2 weeks. Last thing I want is a spinach leaf sitting on my cave holes so I'm dealing with it.
I don't actually eat baked potatoes - but for some reason now I do. The cravings are so strong for potato and I have no idea why.
It's just a great meal though - you get the scratchy skin (that you want), the soothing inner (that you want), the fatty soothing cheese (oh yeah) and the Tuna. The Tuna is a cesspit of fire that causes pain. But it's high in protein and teaches me about resilience and I just drink water with it.
Speaking of water - I'm finding normal water more painful to drink that sparkling water. So im drinking only sparkling water (apart from medicine taking)
EXERCISE
I was told not to exercise until Day 4. I was also told to avoid crowds for 2 weeks as I'll be at high risk of infection after the surgery. So with that in mind, as I wanted some fresh air, I walked (very slowly) with my girlfriend to a big supermarket and then sat in a corner not near anyone waiting for her to come out so we could (very slowly) walk back.
I get why my ENT said don't exercise. It's a tad cold atm and so when walking I had a minor slide (not slip) on some ice which led to me tensing. That tensing pain hurt like hell and knackered me out.
Moral of the story - BE VERY CAREFUL
I don't regret the walk at all - I'll be doing it today. Fresh air feels like it helps. And even if it doesn't, that "feeling" like it helps is having a major impact on my mental health and attitude to this recovery.
GOALS FOR TODAY
Drink lots of tea.
Go to the bathroom (yeah....i haven't yet....you know....gonna have a coffee and see)
Get another KFC (just cravings. I never have it. Get off my case. I'm recovering)
Chew. Chew. Chew. All. Day
Replay Last of Us Part 1 (the game obviously)

Sorry for the long one guys. I read that Reddit is the platform where you write out your "stream of consciousness to an unknown audience of avatars" and tbh it's true.
It's just when you're in recovery from this, the only thing you can do is talk to yourself and so I hope my externalising is just helping someone get distracted for 5 minutes so they're closer to being healed.
Also, it's a shit recovery. But it's not just shit. So where I'm in pain and I find a solution that works for me, I'll shout so you can give it a go if you're feeling low. We're in this together guys.
