All players black screen
Hi all. Been using Foundry for almost a year and never had a problem or issue. That’s until yesterday session started, where by players first had difficulty log in, as they would see the game background but no log in option. After some refreshing the log in page appeared, but after log in they both would see a blank black screen. From my DM view I would see their name in the low left box, but not their initial in the active map, nor their cursor. Vision and everything is set properly, port forwarding is set to port 30000 and link is shown online available(green tick). If I locally open a session on Chrome using the remote link, i’m able to log in, no issues at all.
Anybody can help me out to figure out what could it be? Thanksss!

I recently started another rewatch of ER (I've done a few over the years since this has always been one of my comfort shows) and am currently on season three. This show always feels like home to me not just because I started watching it with my mom when I was a kid, but also because I am a Chicagoland native and it was always nice seeing / hearing so much about the city while watching the show. One of the things they occasionally did was local "ripped from the headlines" stuff from our area. One of the side plots in this particular episode is a kangaroo that is on the loose in the city that at first no one believes is true.
This actually happened about ten months before this episode aired!
It was in one of the suburbs (my hometown, which is also why I remember it so vividly), not in Chicago proper, and no one ended up hospitalized from it but it did happen. It took them a week to find it and there was a whole "kangaroo watch" in the area of people trying to find him.

 | so when i was in 11th class i used to have really rough hairs so my mother gave me those ayurvedic products in image 5 and 6 telling me that it'd smoothen my hair and i had to apply those 2 times a week and it had smoothened my hairs and i started using it regularly till recently (i discovered that its sulphate vala shampoo, thou its mild) it all began in 2024, when i started growing my hairs and used to take bath daily (still applied the above 2 times a week but i daily hairwashed with mumbai water) and i started experiencing dandruff and hairfall, at the same time i started dveloping body image insecurities so i started doing exessive cardio throu football and lost 6kgs in 3 months, and this time i had cut on rice and used to eat more vegetable, and i had many misconseptions for protein like i used to think beans and chapatis are good protein sources after this i came to banglore and it became worse like i followed the so called above hair care routine and my hairfall became even worse, this time i suffered from dengue then recovered and decided to do a haircut and i noticed slight baldness in my crown area around mid sept 2024 but i ignored this and continued my lifestyle, by this time i noticed intense hairfall and even more dandruff but i trusted an instagram reel thinking that it might be normal in post dengue recovery, and this was also the time that i shifted my haircare from twice a week to once a week (someone told me that banglore water causes more hairfall) cut to jan 2025 i decided to go bald, but when my hairs started to grow i noticed a huge bald spot in my crown area (look at image no 7) as i noticed that i quickly went to that dr (MD medicine, 1973 MBBS passout) he initially looked some of my balded hair photos (image 1,2,3,4) and said that im vitamin deficiet(he didnt conduct any tests) and suggested me follihair and yesterday i visited that dr, he told.me that i need to continue taking those hair supplements for 6 months and started giving my motivation that i shouldnt be worrying abt hairfall and do well in my studies he also said that theres no need to apply minoxidil and finastridine at such a young age as it'd do more harm than good. since new year i started including more protein in my diet mostly in form of dairy products (i get 42grms from there) what should i be doing now, should i consult a dermat or should i be continuing follihair for 6 months and then be doing something ??????? submitted by torturers_rage_1412 to IndianHaircare [link] [comments] |

In letzer Zeit habe ich ein Interesse an Fighting Games entwickelt. Habe vor Jahr(zehnt)en ein bisschen Street Fighter probiert, bin aber nie soweit gekommen mir einen dedizierten Controller zu kaufen der für sowas gedacht ist. Aber jetzt will ich das mal wirklich ausprobieren.
Da ich aber fürs "Ausprobieren" nicht gleich 300€ ausgeben will, dachte ich mir dass ich für einen Fighting Stick mal die Second Hand Videospiele Läden abklapper. Klagenfurt ist jetzt nicht Wien, aber wir haben zwei davon. Keiner hatte irgendwas im Sortiment. Auf dem Rückweg habe ich noch beim Müller in den City Arkaden stehen geblieben, obwohl ich mir nichts erwartet habe. Dort hab ich ein- oder zwei- Lenkräder erspäht, aber Arcade Stick gab es keinen. Der DiTech hatte auch nichts.
Zuhause habe ich dann die Media Markt Webseite befragt, weil mir das sinnvoller vorkam als direkt dort rauszuradeln und vermeintlich wieder nichts zu finden. Die Webseite hat mir erst mal 150 Resultate im "PC Gaming Controller" Bereich zurückgeliefert. Davon waren gefühlt 20 Gamepads, 30 Flight Simulator Controller und 100 Lenkräder, und kein einziger Arcade Stick. Erst eine dedizierte suche nach "Mad Catz Ego" oder "Razer Kitsune" hat was vernünftiges zurückgeliefert, wobei diese Controller weit über meiner Preisklasse waren (und der Ego mehr als doppelt so teuer wie auf Amazon). Auch bei Geizhals war die Ausbäute eher mager mit nur 14 Geräten, aber die wenigstens in einer sinnvollen Kategorie (wobei der Ego dann ein "unkategorisiertes Produkt" war). Jeff Bezos wollte ich auch nicht unbedingt wieder reicher machen.
Am Schluss habe ich es dann geschafft auf Willhaben einen guten Controller zu einem vernünftigen Preis zu finden.
Ich frage mich nur woran das liegt. Ich wollte nicht Das Fighting Games eine Niche ist ist mir bewusst, und das Klagenfurt keine Weltstadt ist auch. Aber genau deswegen habe ich dann ja auch Online Händler und Spezialgeschäfter durchsucht aber dort halt auch eher enttäuscht geblieben. Sind diese Art von Spielen einfach komplett unbeliebt bei uns?

Augustine speaks in terms of the filoque, Gregory of Nyssa speaks in terms of universalim, clement of alexandria is an iconaclast.
This is in no way intended to belittle the church fathers or condemn them, however I'm having trouble understanding why we should follow their teachings if they often contradict each other?
We understand no man in infallible, but then why do we often read them when it comes to Understanding the faith if they could objectively be wrong?

Hi everyone. I would like to start by saying I can tell this post might be sad but I don’t think I’m a danger to myself or anything like that. I’m not really looking for advice as I feel I’ve tried most things people would suggest. I’m hoping to see how common this is, and does it get better as we age? Worse? Is it pure luck?
I am in my mid-to-late twenties and I feel since college I haven’t had anyone that I can see or call at the drop of a pin, no one to invite out the day of, nobody to turn to for advice.
I have my family, some of them text or call here or there. But they all live in another state, or hours away. I do not speak to my parents, but the rest of my family is loving.
I have a partner who is my best friend, but the longer we’re together the more I feel I will never truly be his best friend. He’s amazing to me but I still find myself doing most of life… alone. I don’t expect codependency, just come live life with me here and there.
I have friends, but either they are long distance, or they’re not actually friends but more of acquaintances. My long distance friends do try to make plans as much as we can. For the other “friends” who are physically closer, we chat online, they always seem interested in my life and what I’m doing. But nobody calls or texts to check in the way I always try to (at first). Nobody invites me out, and they decline when I try to invite them out.
My coworkers are all older and jaded. There’s not much to connect with there but I did try.
Bumble BFF has been a bust. I actually found myself getting friendship-love-bombed a couple times and now I’m nervous about things like that.
I go out alone! I have fun alone. I go dancing, I go hiking/out in nature, I try to attend community events. I’m friendly, I try to strike up conversations with people. But nothing has stuck. I don’t think I am asking for the world, just one or two people that send memes back and forth, that I can call to ask “hey could you come with me to the store later today?” or “do you have any ginger? I’m all out” or even just to tell something that brightened, saddened, affected my day. If I had a crisis I wouldn’t have anyone to call that wouldn’t be highly inconvenienced or have to travel to me.
I always tried to be proactive with everyone in my life but during the covid lockdowns I realized how one-sided most of my connections are, how silent my phone was if I didn’t do all the attempts at connection. I let so many relationships fade away simply off the fact that I stopped initiating contact and waited for them to reach out in any way… most people never did. Even to this day.
I miss the feeling of getting ready to go somewhere and do something we’ve been talking about all day/week, or rushing to meet a friend for dinner, or helping move house. That spark of joy down my back that I’m doing something! With people who care about me! Being a part of something!
I’m just really sad that I spend most of my days silent unless I’m talking to my pets, boyfriend, or boss. That most of my fun adventures are just me, there’s nobody to look over to and crack a joke. I love myself and my own company. But I really don’t have anyone? I haven’t gone out and done fun stuff in weeks as I feel stuck in this funk. Events and places that used to make me happy just leave me feeling desolate recently.
