Okay, I've had my Pixel 9 Pro for a couple of months now, and overall, I'm loving it. But can we talk about Google Wallet for a minute? Way too often, I'll tap my phone on the terminal and...nothing. Just sits there like a brick. This even happens when the phone is unlocked, which is supposed to work seamlessly. It works maybe 85% of the time, but that other 15% is enough to make me carry my physical cards everywhere. And then there's this weird "multiple cards detected" error I keep getting at certain stores. I only have one card set as default, so I have no clue what's going on there. Finally, why is Google Pay integration so spotty on websites and apps? Apple Pay seems to be accepted everywhere, but I'm constantly having to pull out my physical card for online purchases.

Hello, I had come to this subreddit in the past for advice and I’m looking for more now as a Notary Public. I’m about to get my first appointment with someone who’s a friend of my mom’s and needs to get a power of attorney established. I got my notary license and materials months ago, but my day job has me quite busy so I’m looking to freshen up on my knowledge.
I know that this is an acknowledgment and I need to verify all the correct identification for said person signing the contract, witness the signature, put the proper date and then stamp.
Am I missing anything aside from this? I would appreciate any help from more seasoned notaries. Thank you for your time.

For context, I'm from humanities background, I had History, Political science, sociology, English, hindi and physical education as my subjects. I sent him a 1:1 PDF of the design once it was finished so he could verify that it's good, as well as various screenshots of the model. He's making a camera mount for a FLsun delta printer, and also making some sort of LCD thermometehygrometer and thermocouple holder for his printer. Anyway, don't do work for this person. 2025.01.26 07:11 hjak3876 how do you function mentally on a calorie deficit?
I am not counting calories because of past ED tendencies but I am trying to put myself in a deficit because I am 20lbs overweight, getting married in a year or two, and have never felt worse about this body I'm trapped in in my entire life.
I am trying to find ways to cope with the hunger that comes with eating less, but the thing I'm having more trouble with is the brain fog and low energy. By the mid afternoon on any given workday my focus becomes nonexistent, it takes so much more mental effort and time to complete tasks, and I get tired and groggy and zoned out. It has the unfortunate side effect of making me unlikely to work out in the afternoon which would improve my results. Sometimes I end up thinking about food and spending too much time thinking about my next meal. None of these things happen when I eat a "normal" amount of food that focuses on me being satiated, which must be overeating actually since it's how I got fat in the first place.
So, please, if anyone has any tips about staying mentally sharp, suppressing appetite, and maintaining energy levels -- tips other thank drinking coffee, which I do not -- I would greatly appreciate it.
