Hallo zusammen, Ich bräuchte mal euren Rat. Ich versuche gerade etwas Gewicht zu verlieren und versuche das durch ein Kaloriendefizit und 2x Krafttraining die Woche zu erreichen.
Ich bin 175cm, männlich und wiege derzeit 85kg mit einem KFA von über 20%. Mein errechneter Umsatz schwankt je nach Quelle von 2100 kcal bis hin zu 2500 kcal. Ich habe meinen Kalorienbedarf aktuell auf 1665 kcal gesetzt. Nun ist es aber so, dass ich trotz des Defizits, bisher laut der Waage 500g abgenommen habe.
Daher frage ich mich, was mache ich falsch? Ist das Defizit zu groß/klein? Alkohol trinke ich gar nicht und ich schlafe jede Nacht mindestens 8 Stunden. Bin gerade etwas ratlos, was ich ändern muss. Bin daher für jeden Tipp dankbar :)

I saw a few other moms had flipped dollhouses for their sons and were calling them “dude houses” and thought that one for him would be the perfect alternative to standing at our table all day. I searched Facebook marketplace and found this LOL Dollhouse for only $20. I already had some paint, so I picked it up and got to work! I did all the checkers by hand with just a small paintbrush and I surprised myself with how good everything came out! I finally finished it today and got it all set up for him and it was so fun to watch him play with it! His obsession right now is Pixar cars, so the slide is a great option as he liked sending them down. Overall this was such a fun project for me to do in my free time and I know we will get plenty of playtime with it as he grows up!
