Hey i was looking for a budget camera cause i never owned a camera and i want to try photography as a hobby cause i like it and i think im a creative person . And i like to take pictures on my iphone and edit it in lightroom so as a beginner is it worth it saw this deal online

Should i go for it ? Can i get a better mirrorless camera and lens in this budget ?

(Before I start this I want you to know, I couldn’t read these so called “success story”(self proclaimed) posts before I quit because I couldn’t deal with the pain of knowing that I’m going to have to suffer through withdrawal and quite frankly the jealousy I had towards someone bragging about finally kicking FF. My hope is I can get through to just one person and inspire the change that already lives deep down inside you).
Want to know what day 25 feels like? It feels f***ing amazing! Let me preface with this…25 days without a feel free sounds like an INSANE amount of time and I won’t lie in the early stages each day felt like 25 days. I was exactly where you were/are. I was spiraling into a very dark place I’ve never been in before. I’ve been blessed to never struggle with anxiety/depression before FF and those feelings are no joke. All those thoughts crossed my mind, all of them. However, out of sheer frustration, luck (maybe), disappoint and dissatisfaction I had the urge to throw away the last of my bottles and hunker down. I did just that and as I stood next to a random trash can a few blocks from my house I thought “well maybe I can taper”, “maybe I start next week”, “let’s get past this one event the calendar” but the smallest amount of my being wanted to be done and I owe my new, old life to that small feeling. I guess what I’m getting at is I hope you have that small little feeling that snowballs in the right direction because it really is worth it. Everyone says it’s only a few days of hell and for me quite frankly it was. I was a 10-12 a day “customer” and by day 6 CT I didn’t feel amazing but I felt way better than I did the entire year prior….and it only took 6 days! As I wrap up day 25 after a long day at work with absolutely zero substance (caffeine not included) I can’t wait to lay in bed, fall asleep like I used to and wake up feeling like I actually slept. My final tangent…not that you asked…A few days ago I didn’t have to use skin lotion (sounds stupid I know) but that felt like a close to the awfully long novel I’ve been apart of. That was an insignificant yet extremely significant win for me. I’ve seen them on the shelf at gas stations and continued on with my day (win). I’ve regained some of the weight I lost (win). I don’t look like a heroin addict (win). I can socialize for more than 2 minutes(win). I’m even motivated to do things I don’t wanna do (another win). Moral of the story, quit these things and the portions of your life that are falling apart will piece back together. Sending positivity to you as you read this. Cheers!

I went to the mountain on Friday for my first snowboard session of the season and fell A LOT. Took some hard falls and knew I was going to experience soreness the next day. It’s been two days since and I have extreme neck pain. Je voulais partager une démarche que j'ai récemment entreprise. J'en avais assez de ne pas avoir une vision claire sur la rentabilité des investissements en LMNP (Loueur Meublé Non Professionnel). Après avoir repéré un appartement qui me plaisait, je me suis lancé dans la création d'un simulateur complet qui prend tout en compte :
- Frais d'agence, copropriété, travaux, etc.
- Fiscalité LMNP détaillée.
- Un simulateur de crédit immobilier pour tester différents paramètres.
- La possibilité de varier les rendements des ETF.
- La fiscalité (PEA vs assurance-vie).
En fonction des paramètres, parfois le LMNP l'emporte, parfois ce sont les ETF. Pour que le LMNP soit gagnant, il faut généralement des conditions très favorables (forte plus-value, taux d'occupation élevé, etc.). Même dans ces cas optimistes, l'avantage du LMNP reste souvent limité par rapport à une stratégie ETF. A l'heure actuel, les crédit immo impactent beaucoup la LMNP, et peu de scénarios sont rentables.
J'ai également ajouté un critère qualitatif : l'effort de gestion lié à un LMNP (temps, gestion locative, etc.), en intégrant les frais d'agence dans les calculs.
Il manquerait encore une automatisation des scénarios directement sur Excel, mais je ne maîtrise pas assez cette partie.
J'aurais probablement dû poster tout ça dans le sub /vosfinances, mais je n'ai pas encore assez de karma pour y participer. J'espère que ce projet vous intéressera et que certains voudront en discuter ou tester le simulateur.

I'm not sure if this is the right sub, apologies
Over the last few years I have felt my brain rotting while using my phone and yet I cannot stop using it. I have gotten rid of most of my social media except yt, reddit and pinterest and do not feel the need to check it. But now I am spending hours scrolling reddit instead of reels.
Logically I should be getting rid of Reddit next but if I do that what am I supposed to do when my brain wants some no effort rest like it's used to?
I tried ebooks but I just end up reading crap so I don't feel like that helps either. Sometimes I read some study-related material but that quickly leads to my brain needing a break and going back to mindless scrolling.
Please help me!

2025.01.27 05:32 vamp1290 Street fighter won’t allow me to play against crossplay
So I own Street Fighter 6 on the ps5 and whenever I try to play a match regardless of what kind of match it is I cannot play against anyone that’s on a different system. In the past 3 weeks I’ve tried I’ve successfully connected and played against 1 pc user who was using terry. I don’t know if it’s my connection or what but I can go and play Street Fighter 5 and do cross play matches with no issue at all or just playing any other game at all with cross play and having no issue. Can I get any advice or help at all?
