I'm very new to PowerBI and have a question about data linked to a BAQ in our ERP system (Epicor). There is a dashboard in the ERP that the user can select a start date and end date to pull data for the report (stardate and enddate are the parameter names).
I want to pull this data into PowerBI, but the parameters are giving me trouble. If I just use the odata path to the BAQ that feeds this dashboard in Power Query, it will not return any data. However, if I set the parameters in the URL, it will return the correct data. Example:
https://server.comapany.com/EpicorERP/api/v1/BaqSvc/TheBAQName?startdate=2025-01-22&enddate=2025-01-24
I'd like to set the start and end dates dynamically so I have today's date on one report and month to date on another. From what I've read, you can't do functions in parameters in the URL such as datetime.localnow()
I'm kind of stuck on the BAQ as I can't edit it. Is there a way to accomplish setting the parameters dynamically or ignoring the parameters and using a filter instead? Again, I'm very new to this and have tried to research before asking but can't seem to find what I need.
Any help would be appreciated.

My term life insurance is up for renewal and it will triple in cost - which I can't afford. It will expire in ten years as I approach 85. I'm in good health (touch wood) and come from a long line of folks who lived into their late 80s and 90s. My Dad lived to be 100. I've gotten many other quotes, none of which I can afford. Many insurers won't even provide coverage once you reach 85. I guess another option would be for me to just set aside money for my son on my own but it pains to lose all the money I have already contributed. Suggestions, anyone? Thank you.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here but over a year ago I took on the creation of our in house powder coating operation. In the beginning it was just a ceramics powder booth converted to powder coating, a glass kiln serving as our oven and a Spectracoat ES-02 system that I had been Frankensteining along for last year and a half. We now have a light armor oven, are about to purchase a proper booth and proper ventilation and air supply.
However, our gun has finally gasped its last breath. We are looking to upgrade, for the moment suspend cost as a factor because I really just want to hear people’s opinions on the best gun for what we do.
I’ve attached a couple picture of a sample batch that we consider one “order”. We try to batch orders together in one color but we are a made to order company for lighting and we have to change color on short notice frequently. Again our batches are typically small but we try to batch colors together as much as possible. What is the best gun for frequent color changes that does not require a large hopper or box stand?
