Greetings everyone! I’m looking to get into standing desks now that I am moving, and I’m looking for a desk frame since I already have the table top.

desk frame from Huanuo and it looks great, I’m just worried because I can see no reviews(for the specific desk, Huanuo as a company seems to be legit).
I’m worried because I haven’t purchased anything similar before and I may be missing something crucial, so that’s why I’m asking here.
- Does anyone have any experience from Huanuo’s desks, are they legit?
- Do 4 legged desks equal more sturdiness? My no.1 concern is sturdiness and I think that 4 legs ensure that.
- Does the specific frame look good? I see nothing obviously wrong, but I’m not really sure of what to look for.

Since my company is doing budget cuts they could extend my contract via agency and I had to search for other jobs.I had applied to a job that I did not have previous experience in, but is within my field of work.
I got invited to a first interview with the HR manager via Teams. We went over my CV and experience. He liked the conversation we had and arranged a second meeting with the senior manager of the company. He also asked me if I could fill in a competences file. It took him 5 working days before sending me the teams invite for the second meeting though.
The second meeting with the Senior manager also went the same. We went over my Experience and my competence file that I filled in for them. She was very happy with that and she said I would be a great fit for the company. She arranged a third meeting that would be on site, and I would have a a conversation with one of their employees, and I could see their site and meet the team and ask questions.
During the third interview, I met everyone in real life and had a conversation with one of their senior employees. He had some questions for me, but mostly let me ask him question, questions that he said he liked.
Afterwards, I had a conversation with the senior manager again and she asked me what I thought of the company. I said I was positive and she said she again said she find me a good fit for the company, and that the next week they would let me know if they would continue with my application. But a week later and I hadn't heard anything from them. I send them an email with a request for an update, but one business day later and they still haven't responded.
I would like to know whether they will continue with my application, since this long process took a lot of time and effort, and I have had less time to apply to other jobs because of this.
What are the steps I should take now?

2025.01.27 16:49 PrimeXtreme123 LAPTOP. Is the upgrade from worse pre-installed SSD to better purchased SSD worth it? QLC nand to TLC nand + some speed upgrades.
My lenovo LOQ came installed with a 512 GB ssd, after some testing it seems to be pretty bad compared to buyable SSDs but I don't notice much problem with it (i only bought the laptop 2 months ago so later down the line it might be worse). After some research I found out it is a 2230 form factor ssd with QLC nand. I just today ordered a WD black SN770 1TB, which has TLC nand, for my 2nd slot for extra storage. Is it worth it to spend that much extra money for half a tb of extra storage by buying the same 1tb ssd I just bought to replace my ssd?
I could, alternatively, if its REALLY, REALLY, worth it, buy a samsung 990 pro 1TB for an absurd price (double the wd black sn770) to replace my current 512 GB SSD. Please reply about this too.

Despite muddy vocals and pronunciation issues (AI doesn't always know how to say 'Menethil' or 'Lordaeron'), I found myself listening to the album repeatedly over the following months. (I walked by which startled him from his nap)
This is cat 4 and my only boy cat! He’s been with us for just over two weeks now. All we know about him is he’s been outside for a while as my neighbor had been feeding him from her back porch but couldn’t take him in. It’s been getting down to 0 degrees here and we’ve had a serious winter storm. Tried several times to trap or grab him to no avail, until one day he was crying at her back door and he finally let me pick him up and bring him inside (neighbor is fully aware, she had been encouraging me to take him).
Doing great so far! Gets along fabulously with the dog, and the other cats are slowly warming up to him. Very sweet, soft, and will happily accept belly rubs. We still can’t land on a name though! Right now we’re between Amos and Hercules (mostly because of the Elton John song), but any suggestions are welcome!!

Anybody have experience working for either of the two? Or any other part of the casino in a tipped position. Just wondering which would be more lucrative for tips and if one place is more enjoyable to work at than the other.
I know Belaire Lounge is really popular and feel like Belaire Backyard is more “hip” in comparison to Red Rock, being more lively certain days with DJs and such. Even though Red Rock seems more relaxed in comparison, the pool is larger and the casino itself has been around and is established as one of the premier Station Casinos. All of the times I’ve been to Durango it’s been busy but when comparing it to Red Rock there isn’t much to do there.
Appreciate any opinions or feedback :)
