Hi, so I started learning Chinese a few months ago after wanting to learn it for years and I have to say it's not going as smoothly as Korean did when I started learning it 2yrs ago..
I started out really passionate, but then I kind of lost the will to study and took a month long brake, then started again then stoped for a few weeks and the cycle repeats, you get the picture.
I figure it's probably because I'm not really consuming Chinese content, whereas in the case with Korean, I was completely immersed in it from dramas/movies to songs and variety shows, so I always found studying the language fun and like I'm going towards something (understanding the content I enjoy watching). And for Chinese, I don't really have anything to look forward to understanding since I'm not watching/listening to content in Chinese.
So, please give me all the "cliche" or "obvious" recommendations for any fun Chinese content, like dramas, movies and donghuas, but especially musicians/bands and variety shows since I feel like that'll pull me in the easiest. šš¼š„ŗ
Btw, I like a lot of genres for both music (pop, ballad, rap, hip-hop, rnb, house) and movies/tv (romance, drama, comedy, thriller, action, mystery).

I'm taking a few ITEC classes this semester and I really want to improve my notetaking, organization, and studying habits. Last semester was really rough... 2025.01.27 17:18 EmotionalDam Each wave on most any mission will keep getting stronger?
I can't Google a clear answer to this (or I'm missing it), but it seems to me that no matter what I do on a mission (I'm on #5 now), each successive wave every 4 to 5 days will get largestronger until I simply can't defend against it.
In short, it's the games timer to not turtle in for too long and I have to achieve objectives or else.
Just want to make sure I'm not missing any mechanic that can make this manageable.
I like the game but restarting a mission after 45-60 minutes multiple times is... wearing on me. :)

Brothers recently my libido has gone very down with what it was just a month back. I don't feel any urges to watch porn or any sexual desires and also am not getting morning wood lik i used to. There is one more thing that i am getting hot flashes in body which many say are the effects of low testosterone which stress me a lot as i am pretty sure that my testosterone is pretty high a month back.
