2 days ago I had a scary thing happen to me and I need help understanding what happened
It started off as typical anxiety for me, which i have comorbid with bipolar disorder.
But then... My thoughts started racing with irrational thoughts, before i knew it I started struggling to perceive reality, i felt dissociated as all hell, but then I started to struggle differentiating whats real and whats not, every thought I had was both real and not at the same time, I started mubling to my fiancee about us being poisoned and that the government is plotting against us, I was losing my mind.
My fiancee ofc realised quick that something's very wrong, we went to lie down a bit, and after maybe half an hour it went away and hasnt come back.
What the fuck happened? Im on a lot of psych meds but I havent taken them for 2 days at the time because Im forgetful.
Was this anxiety? A panic attack? A bipolar thing?
Should I tell my psych? And if so, what do i even say to describe this?

I went in for my retrieval last Thursday, went under anesthesia and when I woke up was told I had prematurely ovulated so they lost all of my eggs. I have never heard of this before. This is my third round so it feels odd that they would get this wrong this time around when this has never happened before. Has anyone dealt with this before?

We decided to split the expense.. like flight tickets cost, hotel cost etc..
Our hotel budget was 2.5k to 3k each day.. Then he insisted on taking a room which costed 6k per day bcz he was too tired and we didn't change later bcz he didn't want to..
Now my trip budget was only 20k.. which crossed due to room charges, he didn't even think about it, like how I'll manage the extra expense and later, at the end of the trip simply told me that I need to transfer him this much money..
I mean I am not earning dude 😭😭!

I feel like everything in my life and my memories are weird. I know I did something like I know if I drove to school or did my homework etc. But I can't remember. I can't form a memory for it. Ever since I started EMDR and unlocked some not great memories it has been getting worse (the memory problems) Does this mean Im switching or something else. I have therapy today and I will be telling my therapist but I wanted to hear from first hand experiences. Thank you.

According to npf rule my 24-70mm lens can take 7.1-2.5 seconds depending on how much I zoom and 2.9-1.1 seconds for my 70-200mm f4 lens. What mm of what lens would be best for taking picture of orion nebula. I dont have tracker. Im stacking.
