Iβm almost out of my Ole Henriksen lip balm and need to get a new lip balm soon. What are some of your faves? I have had my eyes on the Naturium lip mask, Farmacy lip masks and Tatcha Kissu lip mask so let me know if any of those are your favorites! I really like the Ole Henriksen but just wanna try something else.

Annnnnd I donβt know what to do next. I went through all seven of these books in the last month (started right after Christmas.) and I just donβt know what to do with my free time now.
These books hit me in very particular parts of my ADD gamer brain and heart. I loved every page (except trying to keep track of colors and numbers with the trains, despite the warning at the beginning)
What other things are going on thatβll itch that scratch a bit till the next book comes?

Hi all! Iβm using a throwaway due to personal information being shared.
Iearn around 180k and my fiancΓ©e earns 200k base, his bonuses can be anything from 50 to 100%, we are thinking about our future financially and want to know what would be best to pursue. We currently live in London.
We have 24,000 saved together and are on track to make it around 70k this year.
The question is should we continue to save for a bigger deposit on a house, (not doing any investing at the moment) or buy a flat.
Flats we are looking at would be around 700k including leasehold on a 15 year term, we would aggressively overpay and pay off early.
However, if we were to continue saving we could get a deposit of around 300k and with increased salaries as they years go by get a house for around the 1 - 2 million mark. Provided we both progress in our careers.
Is this a good idea? Should we hold off buying, rent and just invest? Should we save for a bigger deposit or just buy in cash once weβve saved enough? Our goal is to be mortgage free before 40 so we can pay any school fees for our future children, no plans of FIRE.

So, it's been a while since I listened to the Synchronicity episode. However, something happened this past week or so that falls into that category. I am working on a project. I have been it off for years. So this year I set a deadline I had to have it done by. That date was March 3rd. The easter egg happened and people have been speculating March 3rd to be the release of Iron Lung.(I dont think that's the case. I think we all got got.) Then I found out my acquaintance at work has a birthday of March 3rd. In other places I see March 3rd or 03/03/2024. It's weird!

I'm in Sequim and have long been wanting to reach out to see if the local ND community has a desire to sit with each other on occasion.
I imagined having an optional craft on hand while encouraging discussion in the following format: "high, low, hero"--a gently facilitated discussion.
Optional shares about personal highs, lows, and heroes of your month or year. Perhaps structured story telling workshop and performances?
Any other ideas what would be most effective in encouraging participation and be a good time?
