Hello, so I have recently been accepted to both UF and FSU. I am conflicted on what to decide. Up until now, FSU was my top school because of my major (English), but I'm definitely reconsidering because UF is special to me for family reasons. Plus, I'm one of only 10 people in my school who got in (as of right now) so it's definitely seeming more prestigious. I do think more people will get in during the regular decision, but UF is getting more competitive each year. Anyway, I don't know what to decide because each time I think about it I find UF more appealing (aside from the communal bathrooms, which FSU supposedly doesnt have lol). I didn't get into the UF honors program, still waiting to hear back from FSU honors. FSU gave me their vires scholarship with my admission decision, which is $16,000 for 4 years. I haven't heard anything from UF about scholarships, I heard they come out in March. Besides those two factors, the two schools seem pretty even to me, besides the fact that more people I know are going to FSU. Additionally, I hope to go to law school but I don't know anything about the law programs at either of these schools besides that FSU has their legal scholars that guarantees you into their law school. The final important detail is that I'm also interested in journalism. I was considering double majoring for journalism, but found out FSU doesn't have a separate journalism major, and I heard UF has one of the top journalism programs. For the longest time I've had a feeling in my gut about FSU, but it's kind of starting to waver, and idk if it's related to me just wanting to go to the more prestigious school. So, if you were me, what would you do?

The most common answer by far was gifts like money or jewelry.
The second most common reason was pressure from their parents.
Other reasons included being able to get married in a church one day or simply doing it because most people do it.
I haven’t met a single person who mentioned anything about a god and faith.

2025.01.27 19:35 iwasneverhereohk As a rep i hate the next up and insurance quota.
This has to be my least favorite part about the job. Selling products is one thing , internet, phones, plus 1s, etc. I am perfectly fine with the quota for all of those. However the next up and insurance quota is like 87% technically but all of the higher ups and i mean all from store manager to district manager to the regional manager emphasize “next up and insurance on every sale”. Even a watch which was on a discount for .99 cents plus service(10.99) was required to have 14$ insurance on it by reps.
It puts you in an annoying situation as a rep when you need a job, and to keep it you are essentially forced to either A . Explain and ask the customer would they like to add it for the price(which will get you around 40-50% success), B . Add it without saying anything (Do not do this !) . C “bundle” it in with the price(also not recommended but this seems to be the method everyone teaches and uses).
It sucks.

This is a simplification of my actual scenario but I think easier to explain what I am trying to do and thus hopefully find a solution
I have a table called "Revenue" which has 2 columns - the month (e.g. 30/06/2024) and the revenue received in that month (e.g. 100). This table shows historical revenue by month up to a certain date e.g. 31/12/2024 and is sourced from an external data source
I have a second calculated table that shows projected revenue for x periods in the future (where a period is equivalent to 1 month). For simplicity, assume the formula is just the previous month revenue grown by 1%. So the first column is the period (1,2,3,4.... and so on) and the second column is projected revenue (a formula equal to Opening revenue x 101%^period_number). If the last period of the historical data was 31/12/24 then period 1 in the forecast would equate to 31/1/25 and so on
How would i construct a line chart that showed revenue by month including both the historical and projected revenue in one chart as one continuous line? I am not sure how to combine the tables into one so the forecast revenue table is appended onto the historical revenue table
