So I was seen in the ER today for severe ear pain and the nurse who seen me, checked my ears with no sign of infection but it hurt extremely bad.. she asked a doctor about mastioiditis and then said I don’t have that either because there’s no swelling behind my ears. But the pain in and around my ears is excruciating, it’s down into my neck at the base of my skull. They gave me no answers at all and left me with absolutely nothing but wondering. They told me to take Sudafed and more ibuprofen, but nothing is helping. I can’t even lightly put a Q-tip in my ear without it hurting extremely bad. It feels like my head is going to explode. The only thing the nurse said, was maybe something with my jaw. But I was in so much pain and frustrated, that I got up and walked out of there. I have to work in an hour and spent two hours at the ER for zero answers, I can’t even see my PCP for another 3 weeks. But I’m not sure I can handle 3 more weeks of this. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?? I highly doubt that I have something going on with my jaw but I’ll take any advice at this point. Thanks for reading!

2025.01.27 19:10 MrRockyChips Game recieving random inputs?
When Im playing games on my pc the games charactecamera moves like 3 seconds after clicking the keys on my keyboard, sometimes doing it by itself without me pressing anything. This is a newer issue for my pc and i think it has something to do with my GPU (RTX 3060) which has been working great for the last 2 years since I got it.
This issue is becomming more and more annoying and im unable to play some guys due to how bad it is whilst on some games its bareable,
I have checked with another keyboard and the result is the same
This issue isnt affecting games that are more graphically intensive its in a way random with which ones are better or worse

In other words, does the diaphragm stop being able to pull in more air because the lungs are fully inflated or do the lungs not fully inflate because the diaphragm can’t contract any further?

Mid-30's, spotty resume, will be likely than not to purchase alongside someone else. Their loyalty isn't a question, it's more I have stupid questions that may require stupid answers.
I'd like to get a house with some land attached so I can work it for homesteading purposes. I've only done the barest of research, but want to try and apply for a USDA Rural Development loan.
I'm really not sure who to approach first/what to approach first. It's all incredibly overwhelming, but something I'm sure I can handle once I've got my feet firmly planted.

Evening guys, considering joining my local reserves unit as a Reserve CMT as I’m interested in the role. Couple questions:
1.My current employer is enrolled in armed forces covenant, I’m transient worker so could travel up to 3 hours away a day, also nature of work means occasional late nights, how strict is it to attend the weekly meets if I was working late far away?
2.How easy is it to balance Work/life/reserves?
3.whats the social side of it like, do reserve units do a lot of socials generally?
- What would a reserve CMT do at a unit, during weekly meets and annual training requirements?
- Any general tid bits for interested in joining the army reserves?
