Recently opened a bakery and I'm there for 12-15 hours a day, 6-7 days a week. I do a ton of lifting, walking, squatting, etc. and can already tell I'm toning up a little. But I realized that if I added more weight, I could probably make a way bigger difference in my physique than with just body weight. Anybody do this?
Any recommendations on weight vests, ankle weights, wrist weights, etc? Anything that will help tone my core?

This was several months to over a year ago I’m not quite clear. But I remember a push from the Christian right to stop teaching about Jesus in church and just teach about Old Testament God. It was pretty scary to see that mask come off, as we all know they haven’t followed Jesus kind of ever. Anyways I just remembered this the other day and can’t find anyone in person who remembers. 2025.01.27 19:51 GentleDementia Are there any known fixes for Incarnon Challenges stalling out, currently? Or are we just waiting on an official fix?
Currently there is a bug where incarnon challenges will stop counting progress. I need 20 Finisher kills with Hate to unlock the final perk, but at 12 kills it has just stopped counting any new Finisher kills.
I have seen other people with similar issues, where incarnon challenges just stop tracking progress.
Has anyone been able to fix the issue, and if so how? I have tried un-equipping and re-equipping the weapon, or changing around the previous perks, etc, but currently nothing works.
