Hace un año aproximadamente tuve mi segunda operación de hernia de disco (L5-S1) y aprox a los 4 meses empezé el gimnasio, el doctor me dijo que ya no tengo contraindicaciones con el peso pero si que tenga cuidado pero me da muchísimo miedo porque no quiero operarme de nuevo, duele mucho, además mi pierna izquierda (nervio sobre el que tenía la hernia) no la siento completamente Masomenos un 80% es lo que siento y también se nota mucho que me falta masa muscular es mucho más flaca que la otra pierna, pero ví gente acá que recomienda mucho hacer peso muerto con poco peso, alguien me puede orientar para continuar la rehabilitación? PD: el del gimnasio es un boludo que no me explica nada y todo lo que se fue por fuera del gimnasio (voy a ese gimnasio porque me queda cerca, las máquinas son nuevas Masomenos y es barato)

Ga LOS ba inyong Globe GFibers after the BO? I do have a power supply for it but only for a few hours, when the power came back it was okay then 30 minutes later it went to LOS. I didn't mind at first, because I have converge as a back up for work. Tried to schedule a technician visit but then it was somewhat denied because it was only a power interruption. I still need it in case converge goes out tho.

 | Me and a friend 2 manned this in the dynamax hour! I used cryogonal, machamp, and metagross, They used excadrill, gengar and rillaboom. We both used max mushrooms (nearly essential tbh). Excadrill had lvl 3 healing and used that mostly and cryogonal did damage (even with only lvl 1 dynamax move). 2025.01.27 19:22 Sad_Specific658 Helix Native - high CPU usage in Ableton Live 11 with Windows 11
My OS is Windows 11 Pro. I have 32GB of DDR4 RAM with an i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz. In theory, I shouldn't have any issues, but Ableton averages 60% CPU load and spikes up to 100% regularly during playback when having a few instances of Native open in a session. Even when running only one instance of Native in a new/empty session, it idles at around 30% CPU load.
When I rolled back from the latest Windows update, the CPU usage went down, but it still idles around 30% with multiple instances of Native open.
After speaking with an Ableton tech through several emails, I opted to reformat my computer to factory settings, wiping both of my internal SSD's clean. As suggested by the tech, I have all software and plug-ins on my OS drive C with only sound libraries on my second internal drive.
I know that I can freeze some of the tracks to eliminate some of the Native instances in a session, but are there any settings that I'm able to change to lower the CPU load?

Currently on 150 x2 every four weeks and it’s become increasingly evident that my dose either needs to increase or become more frequent. I get extremely ill the week prior, esp the days prior to my injections, which all goes away after I get them. Also I’m in a rough spot where it’s every 4 weeks, but apparently due to insurance I can only get it once a month? Over the past year and a half my shot date has creeped to the beginning of the month and I keep having to stretch out the dosage past 4 weeks since that is usually in the same calendar month.
I talked to my allergist and she says it’s a difficult fight w insurance to get it more frequently. I already have to use 2 copay programs on top of insurance so I’m not sure what to do- any tips on how to approach this with insurance or how to cope?
I take it for mcas though I’m pretty sure on paper it’s for something else like “hives” or something ? It helps immensely with my food intolerances, anaphylaxis/breathing issues, and hives stuff as well I guess (that’s honestly the least of my worries). I have Cigna fwiw.
Anyone who’s been able to get this changed, any info is appreciated, thanks

We all talk about when the AI screws us over, but what races have you lost and you can only point the finger of blame at yourself! Zandvoort 2025 in the rain, and Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri for McClaren have dominated the race in mixed wet conditions, coming up to the end of the race I have even built up enough of a gap to be able to pit for fresh tires without losing track position. I am on for my 8th 1-2 with McClaren of the season until George Russell decides to put it into the barrier at turn 3 deploying a late safety car with 8 laps remaining! My dominant lead scrubbed and the rain coming down harder I think do I stay on the inters or change for full wets. I decided to stay out on the inters and well to paraphrase the knight from The Last Crusade "you chose poorly" as most of the grid pits for full wets. The rain comes down harder and the race restarts with 4 laps remaining and I am clearly on the wrong tire as even putting both cars in flat out and the fact that the AI put scrubbed wets on their cars and i was on fairly new inters couldn't save me. I end up finishing 5th and 6th respectively throwing away an absolute dead cert 1-2 and my 8th of the season! Absolutely livid with myself! Interested to know if anyone else has something similar where you throw away a dead cert victory for something you did!

Hi all, I plan on starting coin roll hunting pennies soon, potentially today, and I just had a few questions I wanted to ask before starting. I am sticking with pennies for now as I am a college student and don't want to tie up a ton of cash in this yet, and I'd also love to fill some slots in my wheatie book.
- Do any well-known banks sell rolls/boxes to nonmembers?
- I am a member of Chase Bank, which requires coins to be rolled upon return. (I am totally fine rolling my coins back up) Should I just immediately ask for some penny wrappers from that bank along with my rolls, or should I go somewhere else to get wrappers? I know better than to return my coins to the same bank I got them from.
- Is there a good starter amount that you would suggest? I was thinking of picking up a box for $25, would you suggest more or less? I'm sure this is subjective but I'm just looking for some opinions here.
- What are some things I should look out for? I know a good majority of the "obvious" coins to look for as I have collected casually for a few years, but could gloss over some more obscure "hits".

I have abusive parents, I left home and moved to another country. Well, this country has lots of abusive workplaces or I’m just unlucky. I want to change job, but I have to pay the bills, so I‘ve been searching for a new opportunity and enduring my current job.
How do you keep yourself safe psychologically? My boss is abusive, he yells at people and puts women down. If you are single, you suffer more because he only respects men (except if you are a single dad).
I don’t want to turn into that coward woman I was in the past while living with my parents. I lost myself, stopped believing in my strengths to change my own life. I don’t want to lose myself again because my boss behaviour is so familiar to me. I feel I’m back to my parents house.
