I am currently on 15mg from SDRx and my appetite suppression is no longer and I feel no different. Also not seeing the scale move like I was before. (Similar situation when I was on 12.5mg last month but I figured going up to 15 would be different.)
I previously got my meds from Empower and I am feeling like Ousia pharmacy through SDRx is just not as effective. Anyone experience this? Which company/pharmacy are you having good success with? Thank you!!

From playing a lot of Starfield, many hours, I can safely say that I’ve found almost zero water in this game. Yes, I’ve landed next to oceans and found those, and exactly one time I found a lake outside of hand crafted content, but in all my searching I’ve never found procedurally generated rivers in this game (just a few handcrafted ones, like near New Atlantis).
Likewise, I’ve never found rivers in No Man’s Sky, just dry river beds. Lakes, oceans, sure, but no rivers.
It makes me wonder, is it a technical limitation of procedurally generated planets? Do rivers just not work in those systems?

Not sure if it’s a consistency issue or the way I’m spraying. It didn’t happen every time or on every nail though. Also any advice on the consistency mixing the gel with acetone? Hey all,
I am on a very long journey in trying to get diagnosed with PCOS. Honestly everything is against me it seems. I've had Cancelled blood tests and my GP only works once a week and therefore it's been impossible to book in with her.
The hospital refused to carry out an ultrasound on me, my referral was declined. I eventually found out why (after waiting 2 weeks for a phone call with my Dr) and it's because I hadn't had a smear or recent STI test. For reference I'm 32f and have been with my finance for 10 years. Anyway....
My Dr said to book in for a smear and ask the nurses to do the STI test at the same time. My smear is this week but I now i have a horrible feeling that they won't be able to do the STI at the same time. Does anyone know if they can?
Honestly it's so insulting that I have to do one in the first place but I understand they have to rule everything out (as to why I have absent periods)
I've been waiting since September 2024 just to get answers and to have an ultrasound booked in.

Hi, how are you doing? Since the new update of the new champion I can't play League of Legends game. The client opens and everything perfect, but when I press the play button the LoL runs and closes immediately. I was seeing that many were able to fix it with a software update. In my case I have a macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra from mid 2011 and I don't have the possibility to upgrade to a later version, so that solution doesn't work for me. It is worth stressing that High Sierra meets the new minimum requirements after yesterday's note.
If anyone knows anything about it I would love to know. I hope Riot fixes it soon.
