Hola gente, ustedes que ya no lidian con problema de reinsercion al mundo laboral de programación. Qué tan cierto es lo que he estado escuchando estas semanas
Antes de pandemia no habia tanta saturación y casi casi contrataban por saber leer y escribir.
Ahora las entrevistas se han vuelto más duras pruebas en vivo o leetcode, o saber más tecnologías por sueldos más míseros o más controlados con tipo timedoctor, teamviewer etc
Como consideran qué se ha puesto la dificultad a como ustedes entraron en un inicio
Consideran qué esta carrera ya debería pedir titulo tipo doctores, abogados o carreras similares qué si exigen?

So I applied to AA in Dec 2024. I’m aware that it takes significant time to hear back but I’m wondering if I’ve already missed the window of opportunity.
When are all the trainings happening? Have I missed my chance to be able to train for this year? From what I’ve read, it seems that they only hold new trainings at the beginning of a year, then not have another until the next. Will I have to wait till 2026?

I'm on my pre-op liquid diet for bypass. I feel extremely low and sad. I went on a binge before I had to do my liquid diet and I remember the food making me so happy. I have a good life and good support system, however it doesn't help me with my issues with food.
I have a lot of life stressors and food made my feel amazing. Emotionally. Not physically. I genuinely don't know why life is worth living if I cant binge anymore. My therapist says I need to do other things that give me joy or make me feel happy but the truth is, is that nothing compares to how food makes me feel. Not even the love I feel from my hubby. It's not the same as eating a binge meal.
I am in Overeaters Anonymous group and that's been helping me too. But still I don't know how I'm gonna do basically 4 weeks of liquids.

I am working on a map that uses the Wave Function Collapse tutorial to autogenerate a map.
I have blueprints setup with the different tiles that WFC uses to build the map.
Used ChildActor component to add multiple props to a blueprint. This allows me to design the level geometry that WFC uses with Fortnite Props instead of custom meshes. I also extended the voxel size to allow 4 tiles of props instead of just 1.
I want to add a Item Spawner device to the blueprint. this is were things get weird. The device shows up in the blueprint but you can't edit the Item array so it is empty.
