I want someone I can curl up with and smile.
As for me, I am a person who loves physical displays of affection, both public and otherwise, so I want to be with someone who feels the same way. I believe that hugging and/or cuddling the one you love is one of the greatest feelings there is. Gestures like holding, hugging, etc, are something I absolutely adore and would always welcome, especially because there’s nothing that feels better than being in the arms of the person you love, and something like that can make you feel as if, for just a few moments, that all is right with the world.
When my girlfriend, a term I prefer because it feels more personal, and I are together, my ideal night would involve spending our time together at home, curled up on the sofa, perhaps watching a film, an anime, or playing a game. I’m not against the occasional day/night out if it’s just the two of us, though. I watch almost nothing in the way of current television or films; I don’t even have a TV, and I’m not in a hurry to get one.
If we’re apart, as I presume would be the case in the early days of our relationship, then I would enjoy doing something together online, either playing a game together, or watching each other game. Ultimately, I want someone I can hold close, who will hold me close. I want us to love together, laugh together, cry together; I want us to live our lives together, in a relationship that goes the distance.
I’m a vegetarian, though I don’t mind being around meat eaters as long as they are respectful of how I feel. I don’t drink and, while I’m okay being with someone who does, it won’t work if you’re a person who drinks frequently. I’m non-religious and non-spiritual, and this will never change, and my views are generally what you’d call progressive and liberal. Disparate views are one thing, but if you use terms like ‘PC/PC culture’, ‘liberal’ or ‘woke’ as pejoratives, we will absolutely not get along. In addition, I do not smoke and will not be with a smoker.
I’m okay with either private messaging or Reddit chat, and I’d like to move off Reddit once we both feel comfortable doing so. Once we’ve moved to a different platform, exchanging pictures is then also something that would be done once we’re both comfortable, as would voice and video chat, especially because the best way to really get to know someone is through real-time communication.
Your opening message doesn’t have to be that long, just give me something to work with, something that can spark conversation. Messages of only a few words won’t get a response.
I don’t mind if you’re younger than I am, as long as you’re mature, because that’s what’s most important. If you have any questions, queries, posers, then feel free to ask.
I’m in the UK, so I am primarily interested in someone who is also in the UK, as it would make things convenient for the both of us, and it would also make meeting up easier, and I would want to meet up if things progress well. However, I am open to talking to people who are overseas,but only if you’re moving to the UK in the near future, and that the move is, if not set in stone, then is at least guaranteed to happen. If these conditions are not meant, I ask that you don’t waste my time or yours; I can’t do a long-term LDR. I love physical affection, touching, holding, etc, too much to go too long without it. Be aware that, for medical reasons, I am unable to travel overseas.

I have a task that I'm trying to figure the best way to do. There is a project List, which has a status field from Start to Complete and maybe 20 steps between. They want to show a bar graph for each project, with the bar segments representing how long that project is in that status e.g. 7days is 1inch, 14 days in 2 inches. They also want a key to show the colors of the segments to the name of that step, but next to it show the average time taken during each step.
I'm pretty sure SP Lists does not track a history of edits that I could access to capture status change date by project, so my thought was to create a flow for when a record is added or modified, to enter data into a new List capturing Project, status, and that modified date and probably capture the previous mod date from that same list so I can auto calculate the time spent on that step easily and not try to do it in BI. Then linking the BI dashboard to that list.
Am I making this harder than it is, or can anyone think of a better way of capturing that data?

I have to get something off my chest. It was me. I killed her. I... can't live with the guilt anymore.
I'm watching homeless person pepper spray pranks on YouTube one day, while also listening to Bach (as well as some Taylor Swift AI music). The usual, right? 8 hours later, I come across this video called 'funny SpongeBob AI balls funny song punjabi 2025' or something. Sounds pretty cool! I click on it and it's just SpongeBob clips from TikTok. Not sure why, but I get a weird sinking feeling in the bottom of my heart. Guilt? Fear? I feel kind of... sick. I'm really not sure. I start charging my phone and go to sleep, despite it being 9:00 in the morning.
Suddenly, I open my eyes in a cold sweat. It's 4:00 am. I hear... laughing? Jesus, I slept through the whole day, I think. Wait... that sounds familiar. SpongeBob. I left my phone on. Nope, it's turned off. I yell 'Shut the FUCK UP! I have work in the morning! Those servers won't mod themselves.' Nothing happens.
The laughing gets louder as I feel like it explodes in of my head. It feels like somebody just ripped a band-aid off my brain and poured diseased boiling piss in the wound. Putting my phone in my pocket, I get out of my futon and dizzily stumble down the hallway. The dark blue walls are swirling around. I find some painkillers in a wooden basket where the medicine is kept and take the whole jar. I see a large, almost square-shaped figure in the doorway. 'Mum? Is that you?' It opens its mouth to say something, but all I hear is his laugh. Louder. Piercing my head. I vomited in the sink and I feel a vibration in my head. Thoughts pass, but the pain is so horrible that I can't hold on to them. Am I dying? I proceed to throw a pineapple at it. It hits the light switch and I gasp. I threw a pineapple at my old obese mother's face.
She rolls down the stairs, flies through the door and onto the train tracks across from our yard. I hear the train horn. I desperately want to save her, but I can't. The horn starts sounding like SpongeBob. It's a thousand times louder. I try to crawl my way down the stairs, but my vision starts getting blurry and I start screaming. 'Why is this... MOM! I want to... help me... GET UP, TRAIN... OUCH, God no no, Sponge...'
I'm gasping for air. Every single breath I take is a pain worse than being tortured in the sulfur lakes of Hell for all eternity. I read a book once, it said something like "At the end of all those trillions eternity would have not begun. If the tallest mountain rose again after it had been all carried away, if a raven carried it away atom by atom, and the mountain rose again, larger, as many times as there are atoms in the air, drops of water in the oceans, leaves on plants, feathers on birds, scales upon fish, hairs on every animal that has ever existed, at the end of all those countless risings and sinkings, not one single instant of eternity, would have begun" I yearn for this.
I can't remember anything past that moment. I'm still in the middle of the kitchen. I hope my phone has enough space to record my voice for this long. Oh shit. Mum. Is that you? Mother? Oh... my God... no. I'm hallucinating. Mom? That isn't real, I'm imagining you. Mom? I'm seeing SpongeBob right now. I'm so glad you're alive. I'm sorry for hitting you. Shit. Please, call an ambulance. I can't move. My head is killing me. Every word hurts.

Looking at the process with ownr, they don't register federal corporations and for registration in Alberta, they require a local Agent for Service.
I can't find a registered agent service in Alberta. Can I just specify myself as an agent with an ipostal1 address and then change it to my new address in a few months? Is there any risk of registration rejection/penalties down the road/etc for doing that?
If that's not the best way, what other approach would you suggest? Registering a non-federal corporation in BC and moving it to Alberta in a few months sounds even more cumbersome and expensive. Thanks.

The situation, I was on a monthly rolling tenancy contract that started on the 6th of the month. I was moving out, had completely cleared and cleaned my room by the 5th and spent that night in new accommodation. The next day (6th) I went round to finish clearing and cleaning my section of the kitchen. On the 7th I returned for the last time just to drop off my key.
I messaged my landlord that I had moved out on the 5th, taken my last belongings on the 6th and dropped off the keys on the 7th. He had previously told me that a new tenant was moving in on the 11th.
My landlord wants to withhold a portion of my renting deposit for those two days into the new rent cycle between me leaving and dropping off the keys. Is he allowed to do so?
