Ghost rider Tank I imagine him playing as a more mobile tank
Left click is a short range chain swipe that builds fire damage
Right click is a pull. 10 second cool down
Q is 2 charges of a lobbed fire ball
Shift summons the bike for a couple seconds to drive it around. Anyone hit by it is pushed back and does a little damage. This can be cancelled if you do a certain amount of damage.
Ult(penance drift) is GR doing donuts in the bike. Does continuous fire damage to Anyone inside the circle.
Passive(angel of vengeance). Allows him to do 5% more melee damage to whoever has the most kills on the other team.
This may seem broken, but I imagine his attacks being very slow, and he can be overwhelmed very easily.
Second idea. Ant man Support Left click is a little pistol, that does a little damage, but starts building a status effect called Pym something that when it is proced temporarily reduces max health by like a quarter.(shrinks the health bar)
Right click is a little healing shot for the teammates
E temporarily shrinks AM making him harder to hit. Does more melee damage in this state, but has less health.
Shift has him riding on a giant ant for a bit.
Ult is a big swarm of ants that damages enemies and heals allies

Im currently doing some research on my own on the GDDDR and i've been trying to find the speech which Erich Honecker held in the state of Saarland on the 10th of September 1987. I cant seem to find any recording of it, nor any complete transcript either. What i've found so far is: "The day will come when borders no longer separate us, but unite us, just like the border between the German Democratic Republic and Poland" (Which was from wikipedia, so no idea if its 100% reliable) . Maybe im mistaken and that's all there is to it, but anything helps. Thanks in advance!

I guess I'm asking this more from a local/municipal transit standpoint instead of regional or longer distances. It's obvious that express services (as opposed to stopping at every station/stop on a line) give its users a faster ride to its destination. But from the standpoint of a transit agency, are there other benefits? (i.e: cuts operating costs, etc)

I’m so lost on how the ticket system works at north deck. if I don't have a permit, can I get a ticket from the machine in the morning and park there without getting a citation during the day? I work until 10PM in north campus on Thursdays and my car is in park and ride. the EPR bus stops running after 9. I've been leaving class early to have enough time to get my car and drive to work before my shift starts, but that's not going to work all semester. if I started parking in north deck on those days I work late (around 10am) and then leaving around 10pm, would I get cited/have to pay my ticket? I know the gates go up later in the evening, but I also know TPS is stingy. I just don't want to get a citation during the day if my car is parked there or pay every Thursday to park.

I could add 50% punish for a blocked 12 dmg hit
Very not uncommon usage of cheating hardware -aka thing begin by c and end by ronus ( but don't you dare use software - hardware is shill though )
No obligatory rematch
At least i can check my mails while my opponent smash the button on his controller.
I mean....it's more of a chest game than a fighting game a one point....people just make up the saffest string with PC and stuff to cover them....
There's no risk, no agressivity, no adrenaline, just brainless repetitive input smashing.
