I cleared the error codes on my 2015 Mazda CX-5 using the Car Scanner app and a Veepeak Bluetooth OBD2 reader. Now, the car won’t start, the lights won’t turn on, and I can’t even lock the doors.
I thought clearing error codes wouldn’t affect the car’s functionality. What could be causing this?

Ayer pensé en los obstáculos de leer en un idioma que se todavía aprende. Creo que el obstáculo más grande es aceptar que no se entenderá todos que se lee. También tenemos este problema cuando leemos en nuestra lengua materna, pero no es tan extrema.
Creo que la novela que actualmente estoy leyendo, El nombre de la rosa, es un ejemplo perfecto. Umberto Eco, el autor del libro, era profesor de semiótica, y los debates teológicos del siglo XIV juegan un papel importante en la historia. Después de la publicación, Eco escribió un epílogo relativamente largo, y otros autores escribieron La clave para El nombre de la rosa, que incluye teorías filosóficas y información histórica que puede ayudar a entender el significado del libro. No sé mucho ni de las órdenes religiosas en la Edad Media ni de la semiótica, tampoco voy a leer La clave para El nombre de la rosa (al menos antes de terminar la novela, aunque hay personas que recomienden otra secuencia de leer). Porque creo que esto es una función de las novelas en general: puedo explorar unas ideas en el contexto de una historia de misterio, y si me interesa, puedo leer mucho sobre el tema.
Esto es en ejemplo de aceptar que no voy a entender todos en un libro porque es una novela histórica, pero cada texto tiene detalles que no veo y ambigüedad que no entiendo. ¿Qué es la intención del autor en cada frase? ¿Qué partes de la historia eran eventos reales en la vida del autor y cuáles son productos de su imaginación?
Más simple, encontramos palabras que no conocemos en casi cada gran texto que leemos, aun si leemos en nuestra lengua materna. No hay un frontero claro entre un idioma que ya hablamos y un idioma que aprendemos – cada idioma es demasiado grande para saber todos, y hay muchos usos diferentes para un idioma que no necesitan exactamente las mismas habilidades.
Pero seguro que hay mas que no entendemos de un texto cuando usamos un segundo o tercer idioma. En este caso, puede ser difícil de “sacrificar” la comprensión para practicar leer. Si invertimos nuestro tiempo en leer un libro completo, naturalmente queremos saber qué pasa y qué significa. Uso estrategias diferentes para superar este obstáculo. Por ejemplo, el primer libro que terminé en neerlandés era la primera selección para el club de libros que tenía con unas amigas. Me gusta hablar con estas amigas y me gusta leer, pero al principio tener una selección del club y era como tener tarea para la escuela. Pero a través de leer en neerlandés, podía realizar mi propio meta, y mi perspectiva cambié. Era como descubrir un life hack. Además, me encantó eso libro y también leí sus secuelas en neerlandés.
Seguro que también hay otros obstáculos para leer. Una es la selección de lectura adecuada: el texto tiene que ser interesante sin los detalles que no se comprende. Pero no tengo un truco para resolver esto problema; de lo contrario, ya hubiese leído más en español.

I know why they do it... but Just felt like starting a conversation about why they do it.
So, currently watching "Delete" and got through a scene about this guy who just was invited into some hacker group and immediately offered to leverage that invite to a female reporter he's kind of into.
this got me thinking about little groups. hacker groups, secret groups, circada group type stuff.
I've grown up, most my life, being second best. In nearly every competition I was always runner up. never number one... but usually somewhere in the top 5. So while Im sad about it, I kinda get why I never ended up in some kind of special group. the closest I ever got to being invited into some underground org were times when people wanted to use me as their shadow leader for extremist bullshit like during the 99 movement when I was approached to head an antifa cell or when some lady wanted to use my white maleness to start her business.
Digress, so I've seen people sort of dismiss me off pretty often... being damn good but not the best. people constantly tell me I have a complex, like that I think I'm smarter or more capable than actually am. Non of them going off of actual data, never off of tests (in fact, the few times people actually saw test data I actually got some freaking respect for once).
I dont quite get it though, why are people so eager to look down on you? to hell with the facts, they've just decided... and therefore you are. its something I'd expect from a stupid person but I've seen it among some intelligent people too. I've only recently adopted the doctrine "dont judge, be curious" but I feel like I'm usually late to the trends and parties so I've hoped that this sort of thing has made its rounds already.
If you dont know the quality of a person, why assume? "oh, they use a lot of fancy words but say shit I dont agree with, they probably use an auto changer, or ai, thing that suggests smarter words"
Why... maybe it makes it easier for you to shit on someone saying things you dont like... like "mRNA 'vaccines' are dangerous" and so you need to call them a troll, call them ignorant, or whatever else in order because you dont want to think about it? but that doesnt actually help you...
I'm struggling to understand my own species on matters like this. I can speculate dozens of reasons but 10 of them are just stupid. the problem is they are often more likely then the 1 or 2 maybe ok reasons.

2025.01.27 19:31 FlopSenpai Exhaust servo connector
Alright so roast me later for me stupidity but I'm fixing it or at least trying to right now. A while back I installed a muffler less exhaust on my golf. Then like an idiot not thinking about the future I was having a hell of a time unplugging the servo motors getting the OEM exhaust off.... Sooo I cut the wires. New problem, bought some servos from a guy and got a valved exhaust again. I'm having some trouble finding the connector that plugs into the servo motor. I found this on ecs tuning... Looks similar but it doesn't say anywhere its for the servos. Does anyone know for sure if that's the correct one or if they know which one is. I'm a service tech I deal with electrical so don't worry about having to rewire this.
