I've paid $3332 in premiums for my dog's insurance policy. Now, the first time I try to file a claim for a dental extraction, it is not approved because she had a pre-existing condition of "mild gingivitis" three years before our policy began. They boast all over their website that they have the most extensive coverage for dental compared to other pet insurances, but they do not. My dog's gingivitis was so mild at that time the vet said it was not a concern, but apparently that is considered a pre-existing condition. Just want to warn other pet owners out there.

Quali sono i corsi universitari che ti portano a lavorare nelle comunità o nei reparti psichiatrici?? I have decided to switch from using my phone to track my cycling trips to a Garmin device, but I have no clue about the current and previous models made by Garmin, so it is hard for me to figure out where I should set the lowest bar for the devices I can find second hand or from new.
I do not have a power meter, but I might get one in the future. My main reason for switching from my phone, is for battery concerns, accuracy, and overheating concerns. So as long as it can track my position accurately, it lasts long, it is user friendly, and it doesn't overheat, I am happy.
So what are the cheapest devices out there that would do the job? I not looking for the cheapest necessarily, but I don't want to pay for something that I probably wouldn't need. What neweolder models would you be actively looking for second hand and be happy with owning today?

Have a CS degree and started out as a desktop software developer (shout out my Visual Basic heads out there), moved into full stack engineering in the C# .net world in my next job. That role evolved into creating ETL pipelines with SQL and C#. Now I'm a Sr Data Engineer (got an offer I couldn't refuse from a former manager) for one of the major federal contractors working in Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory using python and SQL. This is all in the healthcare space.
I'm looking for my next path as I want to get out of the federal environment due to bad things happening there from the top. What is the worse of the two job markets right now - SWE or DE roles? I prefer to go back to SWE but feel like my DE skillset is more desirable right now... Looking for advice

2025.01.27 19:25 tximinoman Watching the anime for the first time [Chapter 30]
I'm finally watching the anime after being a manga-only fan and I'm enjoying it so far, but, man! I forgot how much adding Sendo elevated the series as a whole. He's always been one of my favourite characters (he's always way too intense and every chapter he's in is fun), but he added SO MUCH to the series that it's kind of mindblowing it took him so long to appear (88 manga chapters and like 2 years of publication).
I never cared all that much about Miyata, I think he's way too emo, and brings out all the worst traits Ippo has (Ippo will always see himself as less than Ichiro for some reason -even though it honestly doesn't make sense anymore that he feels that way), but Sendo is the exact opposite and he brought a lot of much needed air to the show. His firendship/rivalry towards Ippo is perfect right from the start, and Ippo being just as excited as he is for the fight is the best. Such a fun dynamic.
I'm just as excited for their fight as I was when I first read it like three or four years ago.
