Hello ! I want to sell baby shower invite template on Etsy, I usually work on Canva and uploaded my first product on my Etsy Store, a template that is editable on Canva but I took a look at other sellers products and a lot of people seems to use Corjl, Jet or templett.com
Template Buyers please tell me what you like to use ? Are you familiar with Canva or is Corjl a better option for you ?
And what do you think of my project? I wanted to do that because in my 5 years of marketing study I designed a lot of digital products on Canva (Marketing presentation, event invite, moodboards, resume…) and told myself I could sell them to make money ! At first I wanted to sell everything on the same store but I learned that a store need to be specialized in one digital product. I choose event invite and specifically baby shower but this market might be saturated. Same for marketing ppt. I chose invite cause I think it’s fun to design but maybe I could choose something else like moodboards? Please tell me your opinion 🙏🏼
Any advice ? Things to think about ?

I apologize if this isn't the right subreddit for this... First, RAID is NOT A BACKUP STRATEGY. I have a separate backup strategy. The goal here is redunancy for the sake up uptime in case of drive failure.
In terms of redundancy, I'm not clear what advantage RAID 5 has over RAID 1 (mirroring). I understand the advantage is supposed to be that you get more useable storage out of a set of drives (3/4 of the total drive capacity).
However, for instance, these days four 5 TB drives costs over $700 (a RAID 5 setup), whereas two 16TB drives (RAID 1) costs just over $400. On each, total capacty of 15-16TB. RAID 1 is faster.
Why would anyone want to go with RAID5? Would it just be the need for a total capacity larger than 32TB, which is the maximum drive size right now?

2025.01.27 19:18 ZielZusterMusic My .hack//Journey part 3 + bonus
After reading some re-tellings in novel form, I decided to knock out the non-canonical anime .hack//Legend of the Twilight.
Taking place four years after the incidents in IMOQ, we get a nice little fan service riddled installment that brings in cameos from SIGN, connects some elements from the canonical R:1 timeline, but separates itself entirely from the manga entry, introducing brand new characters, and an entirely different plot.
There’s something weird going on between siblings here, but beyond that I really enjoyed it. It’s not a “must watch” for continuity, but it’s definitely recommended for dothack fans, and maybe even newcomers.
Additionally, I managed to snag a copy of .hack//The Visions, which is entirely in Japanese. Although I can’t really read, I don’t have to. It shows off some character designs for LOTB, some cool artwork from SIGN, IMOQ, discusses Liminality, and touches on .hack//Intermezzo, as well as some of the OST releases. Kind of a cool little item which came with a 2003 Newtype magazine.

My daughter qualified for full tuition last semester, but we are being told this semester she qualifies for nothing. Our income has not changed. She is 21, she is a junior, she went did her first two years at community college. It says net income, but what does this mean, because. Last time they averaged our income it was half of what it is now. We don’t support her, other than when not at school she lives in our home, but we don’t pay for anything. We literally can pay nothing. She is autistic and being 21 she deals with most of this on her own, but she doesn’t understand and has challenges asking the questions or explaining. Last time they said we were 143.00 over, but they covered everything. This time we are 2500.00 and they will cover nothing, and nothing has changed.

I know that nobody can really provide advice for me here, as decisions like this are always specific to each instance, but this is ripping me apart so I’m seeking some input and support.
I took in an old stray several years ago, and he’s become one of my most beloved companions, but in recent years his outdoor life has started catching up with him. He has severe dementia, spondylosis, has difficulty walking, and can hardly get in his modified litter boxes (very low sides - 2” tall), so pees on the floor a lot. Due to the dementia, he cries all day and night, and wanders aimlessly when he is up and around. That should be enough to make this decision pretty easy. However, his eyes are bright and his appetite is mostly healthy. He clearly has fight left. Well, after a really bad stretch of days, I reached out to my vet and they will be out to do an in home euthanasia later this week.
I feel awful, both that I’ve let this go too long and that I haven’t given him enough time, since he’s still clearly trying to hold on. I’ve never had a situation like this where the decision is so difficult, so ambiguous, and no decision seems like the right one. Everything feels like I’m taking the easy way, the selfish way, like not doing it sooner because I don’t want to deal with the pain, and doing it now because I’m unable to sleep with his nightly roaming.
Intellectually I know that there’s no right answer, but I feel like I’m doing him a disservice and it’s just killing me. I guess I’m not really looking for anything here, just needed to type this out to someone that will listen.
