I live in a rural town now, so finding DF is a little harder, even though it's becoming more mainstream. If my local grocery store has a DF product, it'll be the biggest brand and only one flavor (like Kraft NotCo original cheddar mac). The grocery store with the best selection has always been Fred Meyer, but the closest to me now is 40 minutes away. I still go often, that one has a huge refrigerated DF section offering half a dozen or more of each brand/ flavor for cream cheese, cheese, butter, sour cream, etc. Worth the drive.
BUT Grocery Outlet is near me, and even though their supply isn't steady, they DO offer the less common brands/varieties I don't normally see elsewhere. I've been able to try a lot of various frozen desserts, canned sauces, boxed dinners, and refrigerated goods. If you have one nearby and haven't checked them out, try it!

As mentioned above, basically my downloads usually install at a speed of 7-800Mbps, the Xbox speed test is saying I should be 849mbps but my downloads are only going at a speed of 15-30mbps. I’ve tried to many things and none have worked as of now, any help please

SO I have begun my Pokemon Ribbon Master Challenge with a purified naive Level 45 Ursaring who has both the Earth Ribbon and the Purified ribbon and is now in Pokemon Emerald, we've just reach the Lilycove City and ready for the Pokemon Contest however, I want to max out Ursarings stats beforehand so I can win the contests easy in Gen 3 and then later Gen 4 but I am confused and new with all this Pokeblocks businesss! 2025.01.27 19:36 Adventurous-Duty-835 i was assaulted at work and im struggling to handle it
I got sexually assaulted by a director (c) at my work christmas party. We dont really have HR, so I wrote down what happened in detail the morning after and called the MD; as far as assaults go, it was minor so i said i just wanted the guy to be made aware but not punished on the condition if it ever happened again i would take it seriously i.e. to the police.
The MD was really shocked but told me he was happy to handle it internally. we didnt speak over christmas and then in january he told me he had seen the CCTV footage and it was another guy (B) not C who i had thought.
I asked to see the CCTV for my own sanity, as i was so certain i was right, but obviously felt awful accusing the wrong guy. i felt awful, and then again like i cant be normal around either of those guys until i know for sure. after one week of me asking the MD everyday (with excuses from him), and another week of me intentionally not messaging him, it comes around to me being able to watch the CCTV footage.
I was right, it happened exactly how i said it happened and i was fully vindicated on screen (thank god!). since then, the MD has 'told off' C, and its all kind of passed.
the advice i need is, im not handling it very well. i love my job, but its making me consider other options because i feel like i cant handle any stress now. like im not a crier and ive sobbed coming home from work twice this fortnight. every time i see C in the office i just feel ashamed, and everytime i think about it it derails by whole day and ive ended up leaving work early like 5 times.
what can i do?
i have a stressful time at work with a big project recently and i just feel im struggling so much
