I have a Vista panel with a cellular & ethernet communicator that currently connects to a local monitoring company. No issues with the monitoring but the Honeywell Total Connect system is not great. Arms/disarms from the app either don’t work or take a few minutes and a few tries.
Anyway, my original monitoring contract is up and I was thinking of swapping out my communicator for one of the Alarm.com communicators that Alarm Grid sells like this one: https://www.alarmgrid.com/products/alarm-com-adc-sem300-vt-vz-m
Curious about feedback or advice from anyone that did something similar. Was it a hassle? Do things work better, worse, the same, etc.

Oii galera! esse ano eu vou pro terceiro e desde o ano passado meu sonho é a fau, só que uma boa parte da galera que cursa arquitetura fala mal tanto do curso (de ser difícil e cansativo), tanto do mercado de trabalho.
No caso para mim, o fato do curso ser puxado não é o que eu me preocupo mais e sim do mercado de trabalho, por mais que seja meu sonho, não quero ser bancada pelos meus pais graduada.
Dizem que vale mais apena o mercado do exterior, o que eu imagino, ja que arquitetura e urbanismo não são tão valorizados no Brasil. Eu queria saber se conseguir estágios é de boa, eu dei uma olhada em um site de estágios (nube) e têm umas vagas boas, ja vi bastante gente conseguir estágio por la também.

So I’m 19 and my boyfriend is 21 he’s had a problem with alcohol since he was in high school, and I never really knew until dating him. On Friday i got in a car with him and he secretley drank a whole mickey behind my back. We were driving down north and the roads we’re extremely snowy and icy. He drove into a ditch and a tow truck had to get us out. After getting out not even 5 minutes later after being lifted out the ditch, he drove straight back into a ditch, tow truck was called again. I insisted that i drove the car moving forward or someone come and pick us up as well as the car. He insisted he wasn’t drunk and that he he was completley fine, blamed falling in the ditches on the snow. I don’t know why i let him get back behind the when but i never knew how much he had really drank. We had gotten on the highway and not even 10 minutes later he crashed my side of the car into the gardiner. Whole side of the car i was on was totalled air bags deployed, I had to jump out because the fumes from the air bag were so strong, i can still taste it in my mouth. I thought i was gonna die. Thank god we didn’t get rear ended on the highway. The car almost flipped don’t know how we made it out with no injurys everyone keeps saying we should have died or been terribly injured. The Worst Part of it all is that he played with my life, how can you care about me if you almost killed me. How can you care if you drank that much behind the where secretley and promised me you werent drunk and that i was safe. My heart breaks that he would put me in that situation because I would never have done that to him. Anyways that’s my story, think i will definitely be going to therapy. He’s going to AA today.

My only issue is the tires and wheels. I don't have/own and I wi never have the originals.. very expensive. So switching/transferring a set of wheels is impossible!
I plan to 3d Print the wheels and tyres... but I've run into a terrible issue... what do abt the axel/ metal pin, in the car. I imagine there's no way to like remove existing wheels and just fitting new 3d printed ones.
I'm aware I have to pop off the entire top then I'm not quite sure Abt the axel.

What I'm looking for in the mouse: 1. Small to medium size 2. Sides completely flat top-to-bottom 3. Main buttons isn't going over the sides 4. Good coating, from what I've used the best feeling one was on GPX 5. Preferrably no holes on sides 6. No major flaws like mouse3 click on Akitsu
Akitsu feels like the perfect shape for me, but mouse is kinda garbage to use overall because it's too slippery and scroll wheel basically doesn't click. I tried WLmouse Beast X mini because everyone compares them but the shape is actually more different and I guess they only comparable in size. Side curvature top-to-bottom in front part is completely 0 on Akitsu but very noticeable on BeastX. Also, buttons flare over the sides on BeastX. And side holes in both of these which you can definetely feel even with grip tape is very incovinient.
My hand size is 18x9.5cm and grip type is something between claw and fingertip. I'm thinking about getting OP1 8k but not sure because with other claw-oriented mice which I've used before(Sora V2 and Atlantis) they was too restricting in movement.

I have 24 Sierra and I attempted to add a license plate light bar, but once I started to wire it, I noticed that these new trucks use LED lights in a self contained unit. You’re unable to tap for power or the reverse signal.

The Truth About the IRS Fresh Start Program In reality, the IRS Fresh Start Program isn’t something that can go away; it’s not a “program” you can get into.
It Was a Set of Changes the IRS Made Over a Decade Ago The IRS Fresh Start Program was simply a set of changes to things like notice of federal tax lien filing thresholds and offer in compromise submission procedures that the IRS announced in three news releases in 2011 and 2012.
And as I will show you later in this article, the IRS used the phrase “fresh start” in these news releases.
They said things like, “The IRS is making changes to such-and-such policy in order to help struggling taxpayers make a fresh start.”
That’s it; that’s all the IRS Fresh Start Program is (or was, really).
It’s not some special program that wipes away everybody’s tax debt.
It’s simply the phrase the IRS used to describe eight taxpayer-friendly changes it made over 10 years ago to several of its policies, procedures, and programs having to do with tax relief and collections.
What Is the Offer in Compromise? An OIC allows taxpayers to settle their IRS debt for less than the full amount owed if they can prove that paying the full amount would cause financial hardship. It's all about showing that your ability to pay is limited based on your income, expenses, and assets.
For example:
- Charlie Sheen's Case: The Hollywood actor was not homeless and owned multiple properties in California and Mexico. Despite having significant income and assets, he owed $7 million to the IRS and was able to settle for around $3 million—saving $4 million.
- A High-Earner Case: One of our clients earned over $200,000 annually but had significant living expenses, including five dependents and high rent in New York. He settled a $90,000 tax debt for just $2,000 because his disposable income was minimal after allowable deductions.
- Income Deductions: Gross income is reduced by necessary expenses, like housing, food, and healthcare, as well as local living standards.
- Asset Equity: Home equity is calculated as 80% of the home's fair market value minus the mortgage. So even if your home has equity on paper, it may not disqualify you.
